How is the cover fastened onto the frame ?

It's stitched round the frame on the long sides and there are two straps that pull the material taught over the short sides that run the full length of the bed (underside).

What is the weight of the medium bed; what weight dog will it hold

It is lightweight great for taking away : camping . Our dog is a schnoodle and it easily copes with his weight .

Do you sell toppers for these beds ?

Don’t know but I just put a pet blanket on ours that can then go in the wash
