Leaves my frizzy hair smoother than my regular shampoo
This review is for this brand of shampoo, but I also ordered the same brand of conditioner, so it’s difficult to review the shampoo without talking about the results of the conditioner.I usually use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner, which is also available on Amazon, but I ordered this brand of shampoo & conditioner, hoping that it would help my dry hair. I am a mature woman, have slightly thick, wavy hair, and I only shampoo once every 3 days because too much shampooing dries out my hair. Both shampoo and conditioner smell similarly. At first, I wasn’t sure if I liked the scent for a woman, straight out of the bottle. It's hard to explain scent, but even though it smells good to me, I thought to myself, “is this too manly?” But once I had washed, conditioned and smelled my hair, I really liked the scent. So, I think it’s a unisex scent; Man, woman, non-binary -- it works for all of us.The shampoo is rather thin, but definitely lathered up and cleaned my hair. The results were better than my Tresemme; my hair was smoother with less frizzy. It seems to lay down better after blow drying without being poofy. It reminded me of a shampoo/conditioner that I used to buy on Amazon a few years ago that is no longer available.

Lovely shampoo that incorporates keratin
I have highlighted, heat-styled, very fine hair that needs a lot of TLC to look its best. I tried this shampoo and the matching conditioner together. This shampoo is a great match for my hair. It's sulfate-free, which is why it doesn't lather as much as most shampoos. That can take som getting used to - I feel like I'm always using too much to make up for the lack of lather - but it still works great. I particularly like that this shampoo incorporates both keratin and organic argan oil into one formula. And I love the scent.I think because my hair is very fine, every couple washes with this DUO I have to use a clarifying shampoo or my hair starts to lose some volume - but as long as I do that, this shampoo keeps my hair soft and pretty. Made in Italy.

Cleans my hair well
This Milano Care shampoo cleans my hair well, but it doesn't smell great. The smell reminds me of Head and Shoulders, which is not a bad smell but is kind of masculine. It's kind of thin so be careful dispensing it so you don't use too much. To get a good lather, just add more water to your hair and then you'll have more lather than you need. My hair felt really clean after using it. I have curly hair and I use several leave-in products after washing my hair, so it's always nice to find a shampoo that seems to really get all the products back out. I don't know if it matters, but on the bottle it says to use this shampoo after using their Keratin soothing treatment, so I don't know if this was meant to just randomly use like I did.

Good but not great for my hair. 🤷♀️
I was excited to try this shampoo. I have super thick curly hair and it’s admittedly difficult to find the right shampoo for my hair.I have used this only once so far (last night). It barely has a scent which I’m ok with. I seriously have to use quite a bit of shampoo for each wash for my hair.I do feel like it calmed the frizz down and it does seem a bit more manageable. My hair is just difficult so not sure if it’s working or not. Perhaps after a few more uses I can see more progress.Overall I do like it.

Works well, light smell
This MILANO CARE INCANTO NOURISHING KERATIN SHAMPOO is very nice! It has an interesting scent that the closest I can explain is a touch of patchouli. I like it! The consistency is a bit on the runny side however, it lathered easily and quickly without a lot of scrubbing which was a pleasant surprise! It rinsed well. I also used the matching conditioner after using the shampoo. The first most significant thing I noticed is that upon brushing my wet hair it was so much more smooth and easy to brush!!! It was a huge positive change. After my hair is dry it still feels smoother and softer than normal. The lasting scent is subtle and my husband doesn’t mind the scent which says a lot because he usually doesn’t like scent at all.Highly recommend

Lathers nice
The scent is okay. Not my favorite but it doesn't linger so I can deal with it.The shampoo is a little thin so I'm careful when I pour some onto my hand so it doesn't run off my hand.Does lather nice. Cleans my hair and doesn't leave it feeling dry when I rinse it out.Nice size bottle that should last awhile.

Excellent damaged hair care
Greetings friends. Please call me Mister Frizz. This beautifully presented Milano brand is new to me yet I appreciate its high end salon vibe. It rinses cleanly and leaves softness and sheen behind. As you likely know there are excellent products out there for dry hair and most important are conditioners. Looking forward to trying Milano’s too.

Not for my hair
First I want to say this is my honest opinion and the the experience I had with Milano Care Incanto shampoo on my hair.I have thick/wavy medium-long length hair andthe amount of shampoo I needed to wash my hair was insane. I started with the same amount I usually apply and then I need a little more. And guess what I needed even more because I still could feel oily spots on my hair. That’s because the sulfate free formula doesn’t lather well. While shampooing my hair felt like straw.I guess I will continuing using the traditional shampoo with sulfate.Overall smells good but not the right shampoo for my hair. Might work for some people but a big no for me.
