These beans are good
Oddly, my local British supermarkets have not had pinto beans on the shelves in weeks. These beans from Turkey are excellent, but expensive. I soak them overnight, drain and add new water next day and slow cook until they are tender. I add pork, garlic, onion, tomato, chipotle sauce, maybe some bouillon. Makes a great soup. Eat with cornbread.
