Good quality for the price
Purchased this backing pad as a replacement for my 3M backing pad. It's not the same quality as the 3M but works well enough considering the price.

Good as or Better than 3M at a fraction of the price.
Fits 5/8 thread of my Milwaukee buffer and holds 3M hook and loop foam polishing pads.

Good for small shallow sanding with drill press or air tool. Velcro is good quality and holds sandpaper in place at high rotation

More like 3.5 inches, not a true 4 inch backing plate.Should work alright, I guess.
