Used on hardwood and very good finished size hole.
Wanted to fit a 150mm round clock into an old Bread Board so needed a fairly accurate size hole, and this cut it spot on.

Drills a 6" hole
I needed to drill a 6" hole in 1/4" hardboard - which it handled with no issue using my old electric drill.I haven't needed to use it since, but it did the job.
