Worked to fix Engine misfire on a 2007 VW Eos
My 07 VW Eos started shuddering when accelerating. It started happening a lot of time to the point I was wondering if I'm going to damage my engine. I looked at some forums and a couple of youtube videos and the most likely cause could be a bad ignition coil. The bluetooth ODB reader + Torque app told me the misfire was on cylinder 1. I swapped the original ignition coils between 1 and 2 and the misfire moved to 2. That confirmed it was the coil that was at fault. I ordered this one from Amazon and replaced just the #1 slot and it's been working very well since then. I kept others so I could replace it if it happened again on a different cylinder. I've attached pics of the new coil and the original coil. My car is at around 68K miles, I bought it used in 2011 and have had it for 13 years. The Bosch 0221604115 OE Ignition Coil worked very well and my car drives really nice. I'm eventually going to replace the other 3 along with the spark plugs later. If you have a VW that's showing a misfire, this is definitely worth a try. It's an easy replacement that most people can do.

Perfect OEM replacement for my Audi
You cannot go wrong with Bosch when replacing any of the electronic components in your German auto. I have relied upon them for many years across all of the German manufacturers I have owned. If you are looking for a replacement for your B8 Audi A4 Quattro's ignition coils, do yourself a favor any pick these up. They are a perfect fit and should provide plenty of life for my trusty A4.

Problem Solved
Ok let me start by saying I never do reviews on products even if I absolutely love them. With that being said this isn’t just about love lol this is about this product actually solving my car problems. My car was stalling & shaking which when I got a diagnostics test done it read the I had a misfire in cylinder 2 & 4. I purchased 2 of these babies along with 4 new sparks plugs, & had everything replace. When I say my car ride so smooth now not to mention my engine light was on for almost a year, once the work was done the guy reset my engine light & it’s been off since then. It’s been 2 days so finger crossed it stay that way. Worth every penny in my book hope this helps!!

OEM replacement for VAG Ingnition Coil
Replaced 5 ignition coils on my VW MK6 2.5l Original coils (#07K905715G) have 140K miles and didn't want to take a chance on a road trip. For some reason, the Amazon site state the BOSCH coils doesn't fit my VW but it does. If you have a VW MK6 2.5L , these OEM coils will save you some coin and will follow up if something happens but optimistic these will get me atleast 100K!

Perfect Fit For My 2006 BMW 530xi
Very efficient. I was very thankful to receive my order in less than 3 1/2 days. I was expecting these coils from another vendor by 11/15, but I received a cancellation notice. After placing my order through Amazon.com, I received acknowledgement of my order on 11/12, received another notice it was shipped on 11/13, and I received the package on 11/15, although expected delivery was 11/18. I had them installed in 15 minutes. With the 1 piece Bosch ignition coil, you'll never have to worry about leaving part of the coil stuck on a spark plug, which is possible on the 2 piece ignition coil. I felt very comfortable purchasing this type, since it was the same brand and model previously installed on my 2006 BMW 530xi. I had to really twist and pull on the ignition coil at cylinder 4, prior to replacing my spark plugs. It's recommended you replace these when replacing the spark plugs. I tried to get away with not purchasing them, but after testing the coils, I knew it was necessary. They also had the best in stock price. I'll definitely order from them again. Brian, PA

For 2012 VW Tiguan 2.0L TSI
I got a few error codes on my wife's Tiguan. Being that it has 86,000 miles on it I figured it wouldn't hurt to replace the coils and plugs. One of the error codes was it was running lean on air/fuel. A few reasons could be loose fuel cap, malfunctioning MAf sensor, bad pcv and a few other things. One of the error codes also could have meant a misfire. I bought 4 new coils along with 4 new plugs (plus a new PCV, air filter and cleaned my MAF sensor). These are not made in Germany but in Slovenia. The only issue I had replacing them was removing the harness from each coil. After watching a few YouTube videos I realized mine were just stuck on there (it's same connector used on the MAF sensor which is much easier to remove). It took some wiggling, and prying, careful not to break the tab. Once off, these are easy to replace. I'm pretty my number one coil was toast. Replaced all 4 with these new Bosch ones after replacing the plugs and everything just popped back in. Engine idled smoother and the acceleration/turbo felt smoother but more powerful. We'll see if mpg increases with these, new plugs, new air filter and new PCV. I'd definitely recommend these for price, shipping and that they're OEMs.
