Doc wanted me to do a dose of BP med that was not standard. Meant I had to cut the pills in half. This pill cutter did 6 pills at one time. The design made it easy from a force perspective. Can easily just use upper body weight and push down. Container design kept all the halves in one place.

We have to give our dog (named Chopper) heart pills which require us to cut 7 pills every week in half. The smaller pill choppers that do 1 at a time, seemed to take forever and they would constantly chop the pills wrong (not in 1/2) or powderize them which cost a lot with his expensive medications. With this unit, I just line all 7 up, tighten the pill holder and it cuts them all with 1 shot, perfect every time. Well worth the time and elimination of frustration

This is a well made pill cutter. Feels very durable and cuts the pills cleanly.I like that you can cut several pills at once. However it only cuts in half or quarters. I needed one pill cut as 3/4, but I dont think it can do that. But thats ok. Saved alot of time cutting remaining pills. Was able to cut 7 at one time perfectly. Definitely worth the purchase price. No Directions on use included, just photos on box, took a little while to figure them out.

I have a wide variety of pill shapes and sizes. Some really large round ones down to some really small round ones. This cutter cuts any of these easily and cleanly. Not that it's a big deal, but I can't quarter any of my pills. I have two prescriptions that I still have to finish with a knife. Bottom line is that I really do like this cutter and I would buy it again.

After the single pill cutter destroyed almost an entire bottle, I looked for something better.... this is beyond something better! Not only did it cut perfectly, but it also took a tenth the time! I wish I would have purchased this the first time around!!!

Update: It smashes some of my pills which leads to waste. Good for cutting in half but if you need small pills halved or quartered, just don't use this.Original: This is the first pill cutter I've ever bought and I'm glad I finally did. This saves so much time cutting my pet's meds in half. I can cut multiple at once and I'm way more accurate now than cutting them manually with a knife.

This was awful. Every pill I put in it crushed. You think you have them lined up for the blade but when you tighten the bars on the side the pills move. And once the bars are tightened it’s difficult to reposition. Not recommended for those of us who don’t have patience.

Slices through tablets easily and keep the other half in the the container until you’re ready to take it. Great little gadget. Going to get one for my mum too as she still uses the kitchen knife to cut hers!

Such a simple device and works so well, gone are my days of cutting tablets in half using a table knife.

Quick delivery and does exactly what it’s meant to. Sharp cutter so keep away from children and good to store the cut up tablets as well. Sturdy plastic exterior which is clear so you can see what’s inside.

I purchased this for cutting my dogs medication and it has been great as one of his tablets is really small. I cuts it into small quarters a lot easier than a knife. Very light weight and not much pressure required to use. Which is great as my disabled husband can use this for the dogs medication when I have forgotten to do it. Also has a hand little section that the tablet slides in once it has been cut. Highly recommend for any one to use

Is sturdy and nice to use and the blade works ok too. The compartment cover below is so lose it pops out every now and then, making it useless to store the cut pills.
