Lovely lights, used in a glass ball for my garden.

Bought two lots of timer lights. One set worked great but the other one did not. Timer did not work. Only able to on or off

All expected. However, there was no screw on the battery compartment (although there was a hole for one). A child could get to the batteries very easily. The wire itself is very thin (which is great for me) but, again, a small child could hurt themselves easily. The lights are easy to use , are extremely malleable and the timer function works well. I used one to enhance a Christmas door wreath and it was a perfect length. In other words, a good product but keep away from small children.

I'm very pleased with these firefly lights, I bought them to adorn a photograph of my darling dad who passed away a few months ago. They give of a lovely, warm, very bright light and are very pretty. It is easy to shape the wire around photograph frams, ornaments, etc, to achieve the kind of display you want. I also find it very useful that these lights have a 6-hour timer option, which means that if you activate the timer, the lights will switch on at the time you do this and remain on for six hours, then switch off automatically and remain off for the next eighteen hours, switching on again until you decide to switch off the timer function. Another aspect of the timer option I liked on this set of firefly lights is that the on-off-timer switch is positioned in a better place on the battery casing than the previous sets I bought from a high-street store a few years ago, which makes it easier to access this switch with less risk of disrupting the display you might have arranged them in.

Two pack of LED strings, each driven by 3 AA batteries. The LED strings are on a translucent cable with a translucent, plastic battery pack with swtich. I use these to decorate a small Christmas tree on a shelf and they are great. Also good for putting in hanging glass jars in garden.They do a good job of providing a little decorative light. When I put the batteries in at first and turned on nothing happened. The battery box is a neat fit f and I noticed the terminal was not touching one of the batteries. Worked perfectly after a little adjustment.

Good value for money

Arrived quickly. Loved the way the lights were packaged in a small brown box and not wrapped in plastic. Look very pretty and bright in small green glass jar on my fire place. Very happy. Would buy again.

We use them in demi johns and they look very attractive. Timer works than they are bright, like a lot of fireflies (not that I've ever seen any but I'm sure you get my meaning). Waterproof, not the on/off control but a plastic bag takes care of that :-)
