Very Good Support
This is a follow-up review to my earlier post. I have now had this laptop for about 3 weeks and I am delighted with it. Does exactly as described, very fast, looks like new and was excellent value for money.I did have a problem in the early days but support from the company was exemplary and the issue resolved, cannot fault them. Conclusion: Good product and great company to deal with. Thank you!

Good laptop for college work, and apparently Football Manager too...
Bought for my son to use to do his college homework, as he needed something a little more powerful than his tablet to complete a lot of work. HP are a strong brand, and this was good value (£250) for a well-spec'd notebook. It worked out of the box, and my son uses it every day. However, it's probably being used more for Football Manager than college work - but as long as the college work is getting done first, I can live with. Solid, reliable, notebook with a decent spec.
