Strong Hold and Real Relief for Nighttime Breathing
These nasal strips make a noticeable difference when dealing with nighttime congestion or mild snoring. The extra strength adhesive keeps them in place all night, even if I toss and turn, and they don’t peel off like weaker versions I’ve tried before. Once applied, they gently lift and open the nasal passages, which makes breathing much easier. They’re completely drug free, so I feel comfortable using them often without side effects. I’ve found they help both during colds and allergy flare ups, and they also reduce snoring enough that my partner notices the difference. The 26 count pack lasts a while and is worth the price for the comfort and better sleep it provides. A simple but very effective solution for congestion and snoring. Protip: Also, if you "accidentally" leave it on during the daytime, you'll be more comfortable.

Finally!
These are amazing. I’ve tried a number of products of this kind, and they were either absurdly expensive, awkward to use, uncomfortable, or ineffective. These provide just the right amount of lift to be very effective (much more than expected), super easy to unwrap / apply, the price is fair and the adhesive is very strong, yet not painful to remove. Also leaves barely any residue. Great product!

REALLY STICKS- so here is a tip
Try the regular strength first. These are really strong and can take your skin off. What I have done with this is trim some of the sides of the band off because it REALLY sticks and it can actually be hard to take off. So if you have the same problem, just trim some off before you apply it. It will still stick but you won't lose skin when you take it off in the morning.

Better breathing
I use Breathe Right Nasal Strips both for sleeping and during runs, and they’ve been truly amazing. They noticeably improve airflow, making it easier to breathe and rest more comfortably at night. During workouts, they help me maintain steady breathing and feel less fatigued. A simple yet incredibly effective product that delivers real results.

IT WORKS!
THIS WORKS! As someone who has a deviated septum and suffers from all year allergies, when I sleep my nose gets stuffed and for weeks I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night to unclog my nose. However! After last night, this is a game changer! As directed I cleaned my nose and put the nasal strip where it’s supposed to go. It’s a bit tough but once it’s on it does not come off. Instantly my nose felt clear. I slept all night long and did not have to wake up to unclog my nose! NOW, for the future buyers! IT DOES NOT CURE SNORING. This product is to ease the nasal passages so that you can breathe better. If you or your partner have chronic snoring then consulting a doctor is your best option. Nasal strips are for your NOSE! NOT to cure the snoring which has more to do with tonsils & tongue placement. Hope this review helps! 10/10 recommend!

Effective but Too Harsh – Stick to the Regular Version
I've been a long-time user of Breathe Right Nasal Strips, and they’ve truly made a huge difference in how I sleep—especially during allergy season or when I have a cold. They help open up my nasal passages and noticeably reduce snoring. So when I saw the Extra Strength version, I figured I’d give it a try. While it absolutely worked as intended and kept my airways open, the adhesive was way too strong. When I went to remove it, it almost ripped the skin off my nose. It left my skin irritated and red, which is definitely not something I want to deal with—especially if I’m using these nightly. So while I can’t fully knock the product (it does work), I’d personally stick with the regular version, which is much gentler and still very effective. Breathe Right strips really are a life-changing solution for better sleep—just not this extra strength version for me.

Helps me sleep
These are better than the Clear Breathe Rights! The clear ones leave a sticky residue on your face, hair, or bed and somehow it doesn't stick to your face well. This one is the best one so far, and I've subscribed to them! I have sleep apnea and small nostrils, and this product really helps me breathe well.

"Shrinkflation" strikes again? Is the "New Package" a clue? (spoiler, it IS FLIMSY)
Like many of we "serial users of Prime," I have a number of products that are more easily obtained from Amazon. LIKE YOU, I too read YOUR reviews and trust YOU way more than I trust "paid TV endorsers." The box shown on the left is the original product. The boxes in the middle (Extra Strength Clear) were ordered to replenish my "stock pile." I thought the "clears" would be just fine and they were NOT. So I ordered the 3 boxes on the right, supposedly identical to the original "Extra Strength Tan." I knew something was wrong the first morning after I used the new package (Extra Strength Tan). When I went to gently peel it off my nose I could tell it had "sprung loose" and then discovered it LEFT most of its adhesive ON MY NOSE. So, to write this review, I just compared my original box of "Extra Strength Tan" to its new version as shown in the second photo. Even though the box on the left is nearly empty, it is HEAVIER than the NEW box on the right! How is THAT possible? Further, comparing both pairs of new strips between my forefinger and thumb tips, flexing the two packages, feeling their weight and comparing stiffness; the new package is clearly "flimsy" compared to its predecessor. Skeptical engineer that I am (with forensic engineering failure analysis), I start looking at "source documents" and notice a subtle use of the words "Distributed by." All three boxes are distributed by the same company in Pittsburg, PA and all three claim they (and ONLY they) use 3M adhesive. Clearly, (no pun intended) several "somethings" have changed in the MAKING of this product. Its "Order Details" say that its sold by Amazon and "supplied by: others." Some of you fellow engineers know Dr Deming's concept of "THE supplier." Perhaps Amazon can ask for some documentation as to whether the brand name holder changed its manufacturer or Amazon's supplier used a counterfeit.
