This was a gift that made my relatives so happy to get them. They said that the package arrived in perfect condition and that they liked that the cookies were protected to keep the chocolate part from sticking together if the weather suddenly turned hot. They raved about the flavors and how delicious this brand of cookie is. There are other companies that make this same kind of cookie, but apparently this cookie company makes it a bit more delicious.!

I’ve been an Amazon customer since the beginning and this is the first time that I’ve come across this situation. I was thrilled to see these little cakes available and ordered 2 boxes. One for me and one for my dad.The Amazon shipping was lightening fast - they arrived the day after I ordered them. The packaging was in great shape. Unfortunately the cakes themselves appear to be way past their fresh by date. They are disgusting. The chocolate is crusty and has that white film old chocolate gets. The orange jelly was (and no hyperbole) like the film that forms around a jam jar lid, kind of stiff but with little clumps. And the actual cake was stale, hard not stored properly stale and carries a weird taste, like it’s absorbed foul smell of something stored nearby.I’m disappointed. I’m a T1 diabetic, these little cakes were a treat when I was younger that I shared with my Dad. He’d cut one in half and we’d share it while my brothers had ice cream or whatever. I had no idea (my fault) that these little biscuits could not be returned. Lesson learned.

Orange and dark chocolate just are a great match and the cookie was soft and enjoyable. It was really good, I just wish it was a tad larger, like your standard cookie (i.e. chips Ahoy; Pecan Sandies etc. ). They're about the same size of a store bought vanilla wafer. As a really awesome thing for the kids... you can consider making cookie sandwiches with them with a little bit of orange marmalade... absolutely outstanding!Regards-RSG-

I purchased several varieties of these -- this review is for the orange variety. These are rather reminiscent of the oh-so-British "Jaffa cake" but on a smaller scale. A light tender soft cake-like cookie base, a disk of orange jelly, and a thin topping of chocolate. Totally delicious, I like the individual packages of two cookies as that can serve as a nice evening treat with a cup of tea.Will certainly purchase again!

I was very disappointed. The amount of cream was not very much.. the picture on the box is deceiving. The taste did not meet my expectations.

Don't. Just DON'T buy these. Against my better judgment I did not pay attention to the reviews on these. Initially I had high hopes when they arrived and they looked absolutely beautiful. The chocolate coating was perfect, nothing melted, nothing seemed stale. They were soft and had a nice sense of orange and vanilla and chocolate. And then came the initial bite. As I was chewing it I could definitely taste some kind of funky chemical thing going on. It's as if they made these in a manufacturing facility that they did not flush out or wipe down cleaning products before making the batch. That's the only way I can describe it. They are nauseating, they may be dangerous even. Please, please do not waste your money because as the others say they are not returnable. Talk about an unhealthy snack!

I was going to order more and they ran out. If they come back on the market, stock up as I plan . They are just about the most delicious and convenient as cookies can get. They travel in a pocket or purse well and are just right to stop Hangry until a meal can be taken.

The BEST cookie EVER ! ! ! We give each other dirty looks if one of us is eating it and doesn't offer one to the other person! These are the BEST cookie EVER MADE!!!!
