Syntrax Nutrition Nectar Sweets, Whey Protein Isolate, Strawberry Mousse, 2 lbs.

I've been out of the workout game for a few years now due to family and work obligations, but after a recent health scare I realized I needed to place a larger commitment to my own personal health. back when I was working out a few years ago I would get Syntrax Nectar "fuzzy navel" which was pretty decent in terms of the taste but I was unable to find it when I was going to order. I was skeptical of trying the Strawberry mousse, and was pleasantly surprised by it's taste. I use a full scoop in 8 oz. skim milk and it comes across like vanilla Quik or a Strawberry shake. For full transparency: No, you can not completely get rid of the aftertaste. It is still whey protein mix and it will still taste like protein mix no matter how much flavoring you hide it with. That said, this is unquestionably the most palatable Protein I've ever had. I'm not sure how Syntrax did it, but I could literally drink this stuff all day long. Regarding other reviews complaining it doesn't mix well. I'm not sure how they are mixing this, but take a few bucks and get a blender bottle (it's has a screw-off cap and a wire mixing ball inside) here on Amazon for under $7. I've yet to have this protein not mix well and can only guess they are using a glass and a spoon which never mixes a shake very well. I was always a fan of Syntrax as they put out a really good product and don't hide anything in the labeling (i.e. "Proprietary blends") so you know what you are getting which seems like a rarity these days. If you dig strawberry Quik this will definitely suit you!

This protein drink is fantastic. Has a strong strawberry flavor even when mixed with water. I blended it with a frother. Put in a blender with milk and ice would make a great smoothie.

I have loved all of the Nector Sweets I have tried... Vanilla is my favorite, Stawberry is great & peanut butter is good... Mixing is easily enough & it's not thick like some shakes.. Always I love that if you go to Nectars website you can order a sample pack from them to try out.. Side note: I mix mine with Almond milk because I don't like them with just water!

I get this for my protein I take because of weight loss surgery. Provides all that I need and it taste just like a strawberry milkshake when mixed with protein milk.

Taste just like nestled strawberry powder quick.

Great product. Only 200 calories in 2 large scoops. Lots of protein and vitamins. A great way to loose weight.

Definitely recommend the strawberry mousse flavor! It did not disappoint at all. I am new to the whole protein shake ordeal and I will buy this again. I drink mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk after my workouts tastes great! Although the serving scoop that is provided with the powder is bigger than the serving size it says to use. The serving size calls for 1/4 the size of the scoop and there are no measurements on the scoop itself. Just a heads up!

Not bad, BUT I have to add a banana to add better flavor. But it's not too bad. I wouldn't buy it agian. I will stick to my Chocolate truffle..
