First, I felt like my Husband would have been best to test this out for sleeping & for laying on the floor. So the following are his thoughts:The pillow is good for stability, if you like to have your pillow stay in place & not flatten out...you'll like it.The pillow stays cool through the night, which I like because I get hot easily while I sleep.The wedge shape is perfect for a little recline but at times if you lay too low it doesn't feel as supportive.For using it on the floor to watch TV, it's just ok...I felt it could be taller for more support.(Husband's Rating: 4stars)These are my thoughts using the pillow for my legs & just a quick test:I used this for my legs & I am plus size, so I expected it to flatten the pillow quickly but it gave good support for the time used. So this is great if you need help with circulation & leg swelling.As a plus size person I wasn't super comfortable using it to nap/lay down. I prefer a bit more height on the pillow. I will say it's comfy for laying on your belly side though & I agree it stays pretty cool.Overall, I'd give it 3.5 stars

This pillow really helps with my GERD symptoms at night. I just prop a couple of pillows on top of it. I like it because it stays cool during the night and holds its shape. When I’m not sleeping on it I put it on my lap for a computer stand. I also like that the cover is removable and washable.
