These will hold your cables
Clips that came with my car DVR would not hold on the windshield. These are very strong and no more dropping.

Nice clips
They worked great for my application but be aware that they are tiny, smaller than a micro SD card but do work well. Only one wire will fit if you want it to snap closed. Works great for dash cam or radar detector cable which is what I'm using them for.

Very small, for very thin wire.
These are great for discrete organization - but be aware they are made for very thin wires. Your average silicone insulated charger cord, or quality aftermarket/ braided insulation cell phone charger cord may be a little too thick to fit inside properly - though it might work with just one. Ya know when you buy some cheap Chinese made product, and it includes the cheapest thinnest possible usb power cord - thats what this is for. I’m actually using the pack i bought to help organize the power cord for a small usb powered fan that i have inside a new truck at work. I use it to have a breeze instead of having to let a loud diesel truck idle outside someone’s house in the morning to get some air conditioning if I’m waiting for other people or cops/traffic control to show up. The self stick clips keep the cord neatly attached to the dashboard instead of hanging down and getting in the way. The adhesive is plenty strong for that but wont damage anything if i need to remove them. I can fit two of those thin power cords in these, but it MUST be a thin cord. Anthing thicker, and the top of the clip will wont return back to where its supposed to sit. You might be able to make it work - but again - smaller cords is what this is made for.

Barely Worth It.
At $0.40, these should be a lot better.Like others have said, these are not super adhesive, but if you clean the area first (I just rub with finger to pick up fine dust that may have settled) they stick fine. I have installed about half of mine 3 months ago, and the rest of them I installed last night. They hold two wires about 1/4 in size (have to push hard to close when full), to give you an idea of what you can fit in there. I put two 16AWG speaker cables through most of mine. I will update my review if any of them start to fall off or age in the coming months.

kinda useless. Will try something instead of sending them back.
doesn't want to stick. Nice size tho for what I wanted them for. Will try some two sided tape.

For small wires; don't always stick
I have no real complaints here. Like most items I have gotten with built in adhesive, they don't always adhere well because of the variety of surfaces we put them on. These stuck well on chrome on my car door interior to run a camera line, but fell off of the plastic surfaces. So I just add a dab of superglue or rubber adhesive where needed. The size is quite small, e.g. thin lamp zip cord would not fit easily. But for the smaller camera wires, these are just right, and so much better than larger clunky wire guides.Good to have on hand for the right job.

Clean your surfaces first
I used this to install a hands free bluetooth device into my car. I didn't want wires all over the place, so I bought this product. Let me say: it will NOT stick to oily surfaces, (ALL surfaces are oily, even in brand new cars, due to the protection products used, and especially in older cars where natural body oils are just about everywhere) so you HAVE to clean the area you are sticking it to with rubbing alcohol before placement. Long story short: I tried sticking it to areas where I cleaned with rubbing alcohol first and no problem with a medium (up to 3-5 pound, like a light "tug-test") adhesion; however when I stuck them to and area in my car that I did NOT clean with rubbing alochol first? They fell off with the slightest tug. I trust anything as long as it has the actual 3M logo on it; these did, and they worked fine.I also like the amount of wire you can snap into one of them (I have 4, wrapped together in one, standard 3.5mm auxiliary jack cable size) and yet with a fingernail and a click they come right out for rearrangement. Cables slide through these nicely due to the tension design, and stay snug and firmly in place.
