Perfect for my cockatiel!
My 7 week old cockatiel got used to it in less than 10 mins, and it has worked amazing! He was using it without the cotton pad because we could not get it to stay inside the diaper while trying to put the diaper on (my bird fights it), but that hasn't been an issue given that the material is waterproof, so nothing goes through it. I used the diaper with the leash inside the house because we have 2 dogs that I don't trust, and it has worked amazing whenever my cockatiel tries to fly away. We use it every day. Easy to clean after each use.

Such a Handsome Boy.....
Got for a New Young Cockatiel that I can't really trust with flight outside currently.Sky was not a fan of getting it on nor having it on. But that is to be expected. The Flight Suit was easy to put on (less upset bird noises and some resistance and nibbling). And it stayed put very well. Sky tried to take it off and but it held on.Sky is a Young Male Cockatiel. And is not super aggressive. So not sure how it would work with your bird. The lease also is nice to have and easy to attach. Most of Sky's unhappiness about the Flight Suit went the bow on his chest. But the Bow is the most important part as it makes him look like a Handsome Little Gentleman. And the straps didn't cut into his wings and were flexible. The Hook and Loop isn't the strongest on the back area that secures the Flight Suit. So a very strong willed bird might get out.Same if they have a Strong Willed bite. But super happy with it for me and my Sky-Man.

My bird did not like it.
Wanted to like this product, but my bird hated it. It looked so cute, though.

Hate it
This is a horrible product. It was very uncomfortable for the bird and way too small. Hard to get on and one of the wings got stuck. I will not be buying this again.

Cute and useful
Our Cockatiel got used to it pretty fast. She likes to try and chew on the bow. It's not to tight and designs are adorable.

100x better than Aviator
I waited until I was able to field test the harness before writing a review. This thing is great! I tried the Aviator harness before this one and my bird absolutely hated it. It was so awkward to put on and my bird freaked out the entire time it was on his body. This harness takes a few seconds to put on and my bird settles down and is comfortable in it right away, even on the first wear. I did go ahead and rip the little bow off because I don’t like the look and he messed with it. He has been on multiple hikes and trips inside stores with this thing on. We had a few incidents where he flapped off my shoulder, but the Velcro holds up to his flying. The leash the harness comes with is also much better than the one that comes with Aviator, it can tighten onto your wrist and has a little silicon band to protect your skin. I will definitely be ordering a few more in different designs! My one critique would be I wish the Velcro used was just a little more heavy duty for peace of mind, and hopefully they come out with some new designs.

Too small
Very cute but super small. My parakeet barely fit. I just threw it away

One bird liked it… other didn’t.
It works amazingly well- I got two of them for my two birds and Cal (white) was very tolerant of the harness and I was able to bribe him with millet so I can put it on him peacefully. He flies well with it, although it may take some time getting used to since his flight pattern was different with the harness. He isn’t used to wearing a harness so he would fly awkwardly in attempt to get it off. With time I’m sure he’ll get used to it.Buddy (black) is the exact opposite. He refuses to let me put it on him and the most I was able to do was slip his head through the ropes before he flew away. I can’t even bribe him with millet, so it’ll take some time to get him used to the harness.I plan on getting my birds licensed as ESAs, so these leashes are a necessity for travel and whatnot. If you’re considering getting this for your bird(a), GET IT!
