What people need to keep in mind is that most UV black ink is hybrid or suspension ink which don't work for most inkjet printers. DYE ink does work for the majority of ink jet printers that can't use suspension based inks.

it took me a couple of months before deciding to get this ink, I wish I had bough sooner, and I am using this on a PIXMA IX8620 without any issues, you will be able to see through your transparency prints just like regular ink however, this one blocks UV :) unlike regular ink that even with two passes still lets some UV through.for comparison I was doing 60 second exposures on transparent paper with double prints (Print on top of print NOT 2 transparencies) and would have developing issues if I went over, with this ink I can do 4 minute exposures without any issue giving me a fully cured photoresist, I am using a 60watt UV lamp at a distance of 26 inches.
