Paul MitchellShampoo Two, Clarifying Shampoo, Deep Cleanses + Removes Buildup, For All Hair Types, Especially Oily Hair

At 37 years old, for some reason my hair suddenly became extremely oily. I'm talking embarrassingly oily after only skipping one day of wash. I was super self conscious about it. My mother gave me something that she just so happened to have on hand and it worked super great. Unfortunately they stopped making it so I had to look for something else. I searched Amazon and I know growing up from my parents using it that Paul Mitchell is good. This has worked wonders. I am back to every 2-3 day washes. My hair feels lighter, shiny, and has great volume. I have super thick wavy hair and I am very pleased. The quality is great. There is a barely there almost lemon smell. The value isn't so bad and I consider myself a cheap-o but it was affordable for me especially when I caught it on sale. The value for the money is excellent. My hair is long so I have to use a good bit. Super easy to rinse out..sudsy but not overkill sudsy.

Love it …this shampoo take all the impurities out of my hair but ..also give some bright at the same time ..

I love this clarifying shampoo!!! I use it to get all of the built up products, grease, dirt, and oils out before I use my regular shampoo. 10/10

My husband prefers a clarifying shampoo, and for a while it seemed like all of the drugstore options vanished from the market.After a certain point, we decided that sinking more time into the hunt for a drugstore replacement for what he had been using (since discontinued) wasn't worth it and gave this a shot.It cleans thick hair well and helps him avoid greasiness even with an every-other-day shampoo routine. The light citrus fragrance is pleasant and unisex. The large bottle is convenient and will last him over a year (even with me dipping into it to clarify once a month or so).Despite those positive qualities, it doesn't seem to do anything unique or special that he wasn't getting from a drugstore option. We like it, and will repurchase if we can't find similar performance in a more accessible price-point, but it isn't quite a "holy grail" tier product.

Good shampoo to use on occasion to cut built-up oils

My daughter (12 yo) has very long, thick hair that gets super greasy. So greasy to where when she used normal shampoo, her hair would still look greasy. My hair stylist recommended this product and my daughter’s hair is no longer greasy. Have reordered this a few times

Always a great shampoo for clarifying. Clean smell and provides great body to my fine hair.
