I have been taking this product for more than a month and I don't lose as much hair any more which I don't know if it has anything to do with this product. My nails no longer break and can grow to a great length. But during this time, I also have been doing yoga diligently which may have helped metabolism to facilitate the nutrients absorption and utilization, and detox of the body. I regularly take multiple vitamins and mineral supplements. But it seems to me that simply taking nutritional supplements is not as effective as if I include yoga in taking care of my health.

Results start showing within 2 days; skin is smoother, soft like velvet and youthful with fine lines less noticeable. I've been using this Ceramide for over 60 days now with excellent results. I've slowly increased the dosage to now of 3 tablets per day. I love this product!

Do not buy this product. The old product listed sweet potatoes first with only a few additives. The old product was amazing, moisturized my skin, and made me look younger. This is a picture of the old bottle with a new name. The new bottle looks completely different. This product lists several fillers first ( including cellulose ) and some kind of fermented superfood with no description. I am bitterly disappointed that they no longer make the old supplement. This is a waste of money and an insult to the concept of phytoceramides. I can not return it so it went right into the trash.

Well, first off, they are hard to swallow. Not impossible but they go down rough...they don't have any kind of coating is what I'm trying to say. I'm still taking them, about halfway through the bottle. I haven't seen any improvement yet, but I'm hopeful...simply because I've read a lot of reviews, done research on ceramides...I personally feel like they will help. What I'm looking for is to improve the firmness of my shin. I'm 49, & my skin has lost obvious elasticity. I never thought I would consider having some kind of work done on my face but here I am at 49 actually having it cross my mind. I've decided to go this route first...through supplement & creams (which I started about 3 months ago) which include retinol, collagen, & vitamin C. I've always thought I was taking care of my skin, but never like now with such diligence. (BIG mistake) To be fair, I think this product needs to be given a chance. It states that results can typically be seen in 3-4 weeks. It's been that long as of today & still not much difference, but I always have believed that each person will react differently with any product. that being said; well, you decide. : ) For the price & shipping, I would think you could give it a chance. : )

I really love this product! I started to see a difference pretty quickly, plus a really nice surprise. I swear my hot flashes are almost gone! Night sweats too! I have always used Deva.
