Great replacement lights
Inexpensive lights to keep your AC Ultraviolet light system working

Do Not touch the glass tube with your bare hands.
Works for its intended purpose. I got the one way screws of the holder out by pressing down fairly hard on the screw head. Once I got the tube in place, I replaced the one way screws with a phillips head screw of about the same size. Works fine. I had one original tube burned out and one still good. They were installed in 9/2020. I replaced both. If they last a year, it is a good deal. I will see. I ordered 2 sets of bulbs so I always have a spare.

They Work
I have been buying these for the last 5 years to replace the UV light in my AC. I opened up the unit that holds this by cutting a slot in the tamper resistant screws and replaced them with regular machine screws. Make sure you handle the bulb with gloves if you touch it at all.

Warranty not honored
Lasted 5 months. Warranty for a year. Haven’t had any luck getting warranty.

Good product
I replace every two years. I wish the contact pins were slightly longer as the tube tends to want to fall out while I am installing. I use a small piece of duct tape to hold it in while installing.

Good info on if would fit my furnance
I liked so far the price our furnace co wanted for 2blubs $400Very easy to replace bulbs took 10 minutesNot able to fully get results from bulbs temp. Just right and furnace or air not needed yet

Works as described.
Do note this is only the bulb and does not include the ballast at the end. The original ballast has non-reversible screws. I was able to remove them by pressing down hard on the screwdriver and turning counterclockwise. Replace these two screws with normal #6 3/4" sheet metal screws. At the end of the shipping tube are gloves so you don't touch the glass tube.
