Keyed Alike for the win
The company I work for provides similar locks; however, I had to have a separate key for all of my locks. Buying these locks has helped bring down the amount of keys I need to have on me tremendously (I bought them keyed alike). The quality of these locks is exactly what you would expect: top-notch.

This Safety Auditor/Inspector is Happy
I’m a safety auditor/inspector in addition to being a maintenance specialist — it goes without saying that I’m very picky! These are relatively lightweight, as the outer casing is plastic (that’s a good thing!). For those that aren’t well-versed in Lockout/Tagout, plastic padlocks tend to be more expensive (a set of 3 from one of the major suppliers is currently $60). Plastic is ideal because the lighter weight is less likely to damage industrial disconnects especially when MULTIPLE locks are applied to the same disconnect. So these are an excellent deal and they look great as well with a vibrant red that stands out.
