Volume controls are ltd. Sound is flat and low. After using it on calls, It does work very well.
I am replacing a Jabra headset provided by my company. The sound quality on my old one was richer and volume could go higher. This one sounds flat and volume can't seem to go very high. The volume controls have no indicator lights except mute. However I used it for work all day and it works very well after all.

Perfect TEAMS headset
I just plugged it in and it works perfectly with TEAMS. I used a Bluetooth headset before this and had nothing but problems. This wired headset is PERFECT.

Works in a pinch.
I've been on the hunt for the perfect headset and the search continues. My biggest issue is the round disc that controls the volume - and disconnects the call - is located in THE MIDDLE of the cord that connects to your pc. Meaning it's in the way. I accidentally disconnected from a call three times because the thing had to rest in my lap or drag the floor. I've gathered the cord and used a tie to secure it, but it's just not working. I'll edit this review and share a pic later because it's hard to describe. Its just in the way. Also, you have to look down into your lap (or wherever the disk is hanging) to see if you're muted or not. Flipping the mouthpiece up won't mute it. It's not convenient.

Couldn’t hear well
Even at volume of 100, I had a difficult time hearing people and they had a difficult time hearing me. I tried to adjust settings both on the headset and the computer. I also found it very large and it did not fit my head even when adjusted all the way in. It kept slipping.

Very good, the mic does not pick other noise around you. The speaker is clear. The fit is good.
