Feel more energy
I've been taking a Resveratrol supplement along with 1 gram of NMN for a couple of weeks now. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels, focus, and motivation. Before taking these supplements, I was experiencing tiredness and pain in my legs and knees. But now, I feel much better. It is crucial to take the supplement with fatty food to enhance absorption. I usually consume yogurt with it to aid in better absorption.

Excellent for athletic performance, mood stability, and overall sense of well being. Could be the placebo effect, but I do not believe so given the science backing resveratrol. I also appreciate the reputation the company has for quality. Also - you do not have to take four capsules. 500mg of resveratrol (2 capsules) is more than enough.
