With a nut allergy, it’s hard to find protein bars I can actually eat that aren’t full of fillers and chemicals. These have clean ingredients, taste delicious, and keep me full for hours—such a great find.

O my!! These as so good!! I eat half a one at a time throughout the day . The banana brad protein bar is Amazon!! I also got the brownie one but I can’t have any caffeine so passed on those to my son. They were good as well, I like the banana bread better. Keeps you satisfied in between meals and after workout . I am hypoglycemic so I have to balance my meals with carbs, patient, fiber with low sugar. But, I need energy and enough protein to ge me through the day. These are 100% what I need. I also have tree nut allergy and sesame seed allergy. I can’t believe I found a product that does not have the major allergens in their ingredients or product lines!!! You sold me I am no a forever customer!! Thank you for looking out for us!!!

It was pretty good and tastes like banana bread

These bars are basically compressed pumpkin seeds. I like pumpkin seeds but if you don't you won't like this. I have now had the banana bread as well as the brownie flavor. The banana bread flavor is much better in my opinion. The chocolate is way too bitter to be paired with the oily pumpkin seeds (which still is the dominant flavor). The bars are filling and made of wholesome ingredients, but they're really not protein bars. They're more like a meal bar. 260 calories and just 12 grams of protein and 19g of fat shouldn't really be called a protein bar since actual protein bars are more like 200 cals and 20g protein. How can it be a protein bar if it has more fat than protein? If you're not allergic to pea protein (which I unfortunately am) there are other allergy friendly bars that are actually protein bars. These bars do not contain any protein isolate which is certainly driving the cost up and throwing off the macros.

I really like these protein bars. They have a good texture and flavor and are very filling! I look forward to having one most days!

I loved the idea of these bars and my adult kids love banana bread, but these were awful. No banana flavor. They crumbled so much and tasted basically like dry bread. I couldn’t even give them away.
