I love Amazon for the fact that when choosing, I can focus on reviews, this is the most objective observation of the buyer. And I try to write honest reviews because I know that it helps people in their choices. Especially when it comes to the comfort of people close and dear to us who have undergone surgery or are limited in their abilities. I bought two such ice packs for my husband, he had a very difficult operation, a total knee replacement with vascular necrosis of the bones and their rupture. Rehabilitation is extremely painful and difficult. He has been using these packages for a very long time. It freezes perfectly, we changed them every hour. It is an indispensable assistant that relieves pain. The packaging is absolutely airtight, the reverse side is very velvety and soft for the body. We took a large size, despite the fact that he is not a big man, only because he would cover all areas as much as possible and because putting it on and taking it off would be as painless as possible. Even though this size didn't fit, everything worked perfectly and even better, this cover was as complete as possible. I’ve been searching for a decent cold knee wrap after my total knee replacement and this one is the best I have found so far. Not sure about the size but I would consider my knee about average size and it almost goes the whole way around. The Velcro straps to hold it seem very durable. And it had both a soft and vinyl side depending on how much cold you want. It lasts for the 20 minutes I need it. I think it is a good value for the money.

I’m happy with this purchase. Could buy again, but would also explore other options. Overall quality seems fantastic and clearly they want it to stay looking good with the freezer bag they provided. This ice pack gets cold, very cold. I like it, some may not. The straps are soft long and the Velcro looks like it is made to last. My biggest complaint is the pack is not long enough to wrap all the way around my leg and my legs are small. If you desire circumferential icing then may want to consider a different item. Otherwise, this is serving my purpose as a runner.

This works very well. Should have bought two since only last about 15 min and then I flip it over for another 15 min. When I remove it from my leg, the leg is extremely cold, but while wearing it very comfortable. With two I could have wore ice pack for an hour which would have been perfect. When I take it off my leg feels so much better. Goes most of the way around the leg and the straps are fantastic. Heavy duty and can catch both directions so easy to tighten and connect. Would definitely buy again.

I really like using this ice pack for my knee. When I'm up and walking, I wear a neophrene knee brace. When I'm laying down and resting, the ice pad goes on. Very easy to use. Two straps for attaching with Velcro tabs. The one side is a plush type of material and the other side is plain vinyl. When you put it on, it conforms to your knee and is not stiff or frozen like some others. It is filled with a gel material that gives about 20-30 minutes of icy relief from pain and swelling. I definitely recommend this product.

I got two of these XXXL Knee Ice Packs and both of them had an issue with one of the wraps- which are attached to the ice pack- when positioned with the furry side to the skin. The Velcro type material wasn't properly positioned to it wouldn't connect on one of the two straps. And because the size of the ice pack is so generous, it is also quite heavy. Once strap is NOT enough to hold it on the knee. I was sad to have to return them because the size was the best I've found for fat legs with swollen knees, like mine.

I just had a full knee replacement surgery,and I have been using this for the swelling, and to help with the bending, send it work's really well, and I would recommend it to anyone who has had knee surgery or injury.

I tore my meniscus and this is perfect for knee issues. The soft fabric side feels nice against one’s skin. The Velcro straps holds it in place. You can move around and it doesn’t fall off. Bought this for my post-ACL ruptured knee, I use it after I exercise and it feels amazing. It is very easy to wear while doing other things and it does not give you frostbite like normal ice packs sometimes do.
