Polymer Science PS-1541 is an ultra-soft silicone based thermally conductive gap pad. It is used extensively within the electronics market in applications which require very low application pressures on components. PS-1541 has good wet-out on both flat and contoured profiles. The soft nature of the product provides excellent shock absorbance and makes it ideal for both smooth and rough surfaces. It has a slightly tacky surface to aid in placement and offers reinforcement to enhance converting properties, tear and puncture resistance.
