Never received the product looks like a nice product just would have liked it to show up

I have ordered this 2x now it is not what is advertised in the picture the item shows a saddle style seat with memory foam, the item I have received twice now is a round hard seat with now memory foam.

The item received was not the item that is displayed. What was sent was a basic drum stool.Not at all what was described In the picture

This is not the same as what the advertised picture is. The stool is round instead. Not worth the $80.

I loved it

Setting up, it was a little on the stiff side, but not like parts weren't aligned properly stiff, just new stiff. The seat is comfortable and feels like it will hold up. I would take the "350 Lb." rating with a grain of salt, but that goes for ANY type of throne. It probably only holds true if the seat is all the way down, and how many people need a 350 Lb. capacity stool that are short enough to use all the way down? Again, that's not a ding on this one in particular, but of the form factor.In use, there is a little wobble when set all the way up... speaking of, there is a positive stop. It won't go up to the point of separating. Unavoidable, unfortunately. If everything were set fully tight, you couldn't rotate the top, and that wouldn't be good, either. Again, that's the form factor, not this particular one. Perhaps some sort of replaceable nylon bushing like the ones for cymbals? The bracing and structural parts look and feel solid; it should last, even with my "golden years" girth and all the way up.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The reason I am giving 2 starts to this product is because of a few issues with it. The first problem I found is the securing knob at the bottom which help with the folding system doesn’t work because of damaged threads. Part of this folding system uses another knob which is missing the main part.Drum thrones change height by spinning right or left. This one has a part that should in theory lock it from spinning, but that doesn’t work either.The cushion is not that hard but is not that soft either, and I feel after a while of sitting on it will probably feel uncomfortable.

My boyfriend is a guitar player and we have been looking for a stool. We came across this. it was easy to put together and it is very sturdy. It looks great. The price is great and it is exactly what we needed. It swivels great and the cushion is very comfy. He has enjoyed having it and it has become a great addition to his music room. I recommend!
