Unfortunately it had to be returned as not suitable for the job it was intended. Light gave up after a few days, and the USB port to charge other items didn't work.No arguments on request to return.

I bought this lamp to sit on my desk and illuminate my keyboard for most of the time and, when required, it can be tipped up and the brightness adjusted to light my face while on Zoom meetings. It works extremely well!I might have asked for the white light to be a bit brighter at max setting but that's just a small grumble. Using the lamp controls is a doddle and the neck is almost infinitely flexible. There is a USB charging port on the top but, for me, it's useless as it's so low powered that it would take all week to charge my phone (I've become used to the fast charger that plugs into a socket now). It would have been neater if the socket into which the power cord plugs was at the rear of the lamp rather than the side but, again, that's just a minor niggle.There is a slightly more expensive version of this lamp that has a clock, calendar etc built-in and I would have bought that one but for the fact that I already have something like that on my desk.All in all, I like this lamp and consider it to be great value for money.

Product is easy to use, it has two settings for the light, one is bright and the other less so. To turn on there is a switch on it's underneath then just a case of touching the base to activate the lighting. The light can run either on battery or via a USB attachment direct to your computer. I use the light to illuminate my keyboard to save me putting the main light on and it is perfect for that, I would also say for those fiddly close up jobs it would be perfect. the light itself is on a very flexible neck which can be angled to suit.

So some reviews I read were negative, but me personally I've had an incredible experience with this lamp. Incredibly easy to use, brightness is great when fully charged (you notice it gets dimmer when starts to run out of juice, but works while charging as well). Charge lasted me about 3 hours? before I noticed some dimming (I wasn't timing it specifically, but definitely great battery for the price). Love the two white balance modes for when I'm feeling a warmer or more "work" type of mood. Charging port works fine as well! I mean I can recommend it definitely, as long as you don't get a defected one, your experience will be awesome!

The lamp whistles when plugged into the wall. This is so very annoying.

Very stylish looking lamp with pen holder & USB port. Looks the part however the light is very subdued even at the highest setting which makes the use of it pointless.My mistake should have guessed an LED light would be dim, now buying another lamp this time one that plugs in the mains with an ordinary light bulb. Shame

With these dark afternoons I was looking for something to brighten up my workspace without taking up too much room. This lamp does everything you would want it to do. It has a small footprint and can operate without the USB connection once charged. It has two main modes of light - soft and bright white - and can then be dimmed as you need it. Being able to bend the arm of the lamp you can direct the light just where you need it. The best money I’ve spent in ages!

Write-up led me to believe I could charge it like I charge my phone, but it actually it "feeds" off your phone. I loved the look of it and think it's good value. However it didn't fill my needs.
