Very Fast System, but I had Some Issues
Disclaimers: 1) I am an IT professional, 2) I did not contact CUK (Computer Upgrade King) about my issues.First, if the device had performed as well out of the box as it does now, I would have awarded 5 stars. This is a boutique PC, assembled by Computer Upgrade King and based on a barebones 'kit' made by MSI. The system arrived pre-loaded with Windows 10, but installation must be completed by the user on first boot.My first bit of frustration involved locating the Windows 10 key so the software can be activated. I found this inside the sealed envelop with the Windows 10 media. I would have been nice if CUK had some initial instructions pointing out the location of the key. If you say "but you said you're an IT professional" - we deal with MS software downloaded from MS, not OEM packaging.Upon completing installation of Windows 10, I began installing various pieces of software. While doing so, I was feeling that the system was not as 'fast' as it should be. Eventually I got to installing my Adobe Creative Cloud software - Lightroom and Photoshop. Lightroom installed OK, Photoshop repeatedly failed with issues on creating directories. At this point I knew something was rotten. At this time I decided to wipe the system and re-install Windows 10.Prior to starting this adventure, I went to the MSI web site and downloaded all the drivers for the system and stored them on the 3TB hard drive - the system boots from the SSD drive.Eventually I determined how to access the screen to boot from alternate devices (F11 - and shame on CUK and MSI for not making this information easily 'findable'). I booted from a USB flash drive that I had previously created for another system. I installed Windows 10 and the drivers I had previously downloaded and finished up by installing all my software. At this point everything behaved as I would have expected out of the box. For my troubles, I'm deducting 1 star.Other points of note that may help some people:- The SSD installed is not an M.2 drive, but is a 2.5" "standard" SSD. Works fine, but you won't get any possible 'extra' speed you might get with a PCI-e M.2 drive.- There are only 2 memory slots and they get filled with 2x8GB DIMMs. If you want 32GB in the future (the max supported), you'll need to purchase 2x16GB DIMMs. Not a problem, just pointing it out.- The GTX 970 video card has 3 display ports and one HDMI port - easily set up multi-monitors.That's about it. Overall I'm pretty happy with the system.

that created a clicking sound like a baseball card on a bike
Okay guys here's my review.Buying this was "until clicking" purchase a prime item. However, the shipping took 2 weeks and it showed that time line immediately, even though I bought with the intention of 2 day shipping. The company was very quick to respond, they found stock that could be shipped quicker for me so the resellers responsibility and call to action was 5 stars.UPS ground however is 50/50. The driver lied and said I wasn't there to sign when I went out of my way to make sure I was there, my doors were wide open, however when I went to pick up in at the shipment center, the reps there were very competent and helped me quick to receive the computer same day. 4 stars.PERFORMANCE: first time booting up I heard a clipping noise, it was the graphics card fan, it was bloated, touching the case, that created a clicking sound like a baseball card on a bike. I took off the case, bent out the case slightly and left the screw off for that side which fixed the noise. HOWEVER, I'm literally getting 200fps on all blizzard games - overwatch at a consistent 100-60fps. This computer is very fast, very strong, and all in all a beast for performance. Very happy with this purchase. It's all worth it.4 star experience so far. Would be 5 if the shipping was easier to deal with and the graphics card wasn't bloated out.

Great processing power, great graphics.
Great machine, highly recommended , I use a VM to compile software and build and installer/updater package. This beast runs the whole process about 75% faster than my previous desktop.Graphics in games are great too.

Windows 10 Home Edition Problems
The computer came with Windows 10 Home Edition pre-installed. Why would you install such a restrictive operating system on a computer made for gaming??? It failed to athenticate with my online Microsoft account. I had to 'jailbreak' the system to login with the built-in administrator account to assign a password to the default user account and use it. Once logged in, the Start menu is inoperative, and apps pinned to the taskbar have no icon displayed. After hours of online research and numerous 'fixes applied, this did not change. I am about to install Windows 10 Pro from scratch - an expense I did not plan for.
