Apple iPhone 12 (64GB, Blue) [Locked] + Carrier Subscription

very easy set up love my new phone im coming from an iphone 6s plus so its been a while lol

The phone is great but, very limited use with contracted service provider. Little more than a paperweight currently.

Update: The replacement is dead 5 minutes after logging into my AppleID. It turns into a complete black screen and won't power on. Connect to a computer makes it boot into recovery mode with screen turned off. System recovery fails all the time. Looks like a hardware issue. Returning both the replacement and the original order. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. 1. The description page says Apple iPhone 12 (64GB, Green) [Locked] + Carrier Subscription, with carrier being Cricket. WRONG!! Inserting a cricket sim card shows SIM not supported. Upon checking with Cricket, they confirm it is not locked by them. 2. Apple support claims it is locked by Xfinity Mobile, not cricket. 3. Xfinity Mobile checks the phone and says it is NOT compatible with their network. This is total BS. Amazon is selling iPhones locked to an unknown carrier. Contacted with Amazon product support to order a replacement. EXACTLY THE SAME! Locked to some random carrier is unknown. YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO USE THIS IPHONE!

The phone is a definite upgrade from last year but I would’ve perferd 120hz refresh over 5G

The main reason I am giving 3 stars is because apple continues to cut down on the accessories that comes with the phone, I bought this phone yesterday for my mom, and I convinced her to switch from android to apple only to find out that it didn’t come with a simple charger with an ac adapter, so now I have to spend more money to order an adapter, and the fact the charger has been changed from usb is even a bigger headache, , also missing earbuds, I do like the fact that it’s lighter than my iPhone 11 Pro, I’ve been an iPhone customer for over 10 years, please include the basic accessories so that a person can charge their phone out of the box with an adapter.
