Great quality
Very nice cooler kit. Comes with everything you need and bolts right on. Very few products sold for these pit bikes are a direct fit and require modification. This kit fits perfectly.

Good for Honda Grom but not always reliable
I upgraded my grom with a high comp piston and needed this to keep things cool. I would definitely upgrade the oil lines to some thicker ones. This worked for a few days then it started leaking and caused my engine to overheat and lose oil. I gotta buy a new DHM Piston and do a top end rebuild for the gaskets. This is the same oil cooler that a lot of the bigger companies use but they put their name on it and charge $100+ so this is a good one but I just got a bad cooler. I had some family issues keep me busy so when I finally put it in and the issues happened it was 2days past the return window.I will update if seller makes it right. I was told to run it again and ruin more internals overheating the engine further. Im not going to ruin engine parts and waste more money ($200) worth of parts to prove that a $40 oil cooler doesn't work.

Good product but a flawed design
Mounted this oil cooler on a Honda ATC 110 with a 140cc Piranha engine. It worked perfect for two days until the mount stud broke off. It was a simple fix and could have easily been prevented. by adding a metal strap or brackets with bolts like i did, around the entire cooler and mounting studs. This will pin the mounting studs to the cooler preventing it from coming being able to breaking off. DO NOT mount without adding something to pin to mounting studs! It will break from the vibration no matter which way you mount it.

Works with Coolster 125cc minijeep
Installed on a coolster minijeep. Works great, just make sure you mark the hole directions on the heads of the bolts so you know oil will flow correctly!

Compatible with Apollo RFZ but with a custom head plate.
Apollo RFZ. Oil cooler is a no brainer this is a preventative mod and should be on the # 1 mod list. The down side is the head plate that comes with the oil cooler will not work with the Apollo RFZ. There’s a guy on eBay that fabricate a 70mm plate just for this mod. Overall good quality you just need to get the correct parts.

Oil lines are to stiff
Oil lines are to stiff and to long the aluminum threads pulled out of the cooler just adjusting the oils lines

Oil cooler and housing fitment
Not bad for 50$. I can say u will probably need to install 5mm Allen head bolts into the oil cooler housing so u can install the lines this is on my 03 xr50 big bore. I did drill out the small hole the oil cooler housing to have a bit better flow unfortunately it doesn’t come with instructions how to run the lines had to find out from another brand for line installment and there is no housing replacement gasket I just reused my old one just be careful pulling the old housing off
