Quality and appearance of the guard.
I'm really impressed with the TruXedo Elevate Channel Guard system from RealTruck. It was easy to install, feels solid, and fits perfectly with my truck bed setup. The materials are high quality and give my truck a clean, finished look while helping keep gear secure and protected from the elements. Great upgrade if you're using the Elevate Rack or tonneau cover—definitely worth it!

Versatility
I can adjust it depending on what I carry. Right now I have my car top carrier mounted. And I can still use my tonneau cover.

Works great to haul kayaks. Easy set up if you take your time.

Works perfectly and very easy to install. Cut to length. Keeps debris out of the rails. Easy to put in and take out. Also protects the rails from denting, which may prevent you from sliding the cleats/racks backward and forward. Highly recommend these inexpensive inserts to protect your money (and time!) investment after installing the Elevate rails.
