There are sprays, drops, and dissolvable tablets for sublingual (under the tongue use). While many things like this can be swallowed safely. The sublingual dissolving nature will put directly where needed, in the bloodstream, and bypass the acid bath that is your stomach. Quality tested ingredients for heavy metals, and impurities, plus non-GMO certified. It has the pure ingredients and there are not preservatives to interact or inhibit absorption. B12 is a great way to rebuild cells especially red blood cells for those who are anemic like me.I've been taking in various forms for nearly a year and my RBC count has improved, and I feel more energetic. It is probably better you stick to taking one of theses a day the percentage of daily requirement is off the charts, and many many times more B12 than you'll find in a multi-vitamin capsule. It's mostly safe, but you don't need any more than one a day. Should not be taken with alcohol, or certain drugs, look the components up online to see, it has a moderate reaction with two, and a light reaction with another dozen only one I've ever taken a stomach pill to prevent formation of acid. Recommended.

No complaints about this B12 supplement. The pills are very small and dissolve quickly under my tongue. There's no objectionable taste. In fact, it's hard to taste anything since the pill is so small. It can also be swallowed, but taking it sublingual allows for better uptake.The formulation is good with each tablet providing 3,000mcg of B12, which is 50,000% of the recommended daily amount. I find it provides a good boost and helps maintain clarity in the afternoon without having to resort to stimulants such as caffeine.Very pleased with this, and find it to be a 5 star performer.

Ordered this after seeing it in Vegetarian Times. It's pricey - $23 a bottle, mas o menos. Was quite disappointed upon receiving it in April to see that the expiration date was March.The company was nice enough when I contacted them to replace it - but I'm a stickler for expiration dates and surprisedthat one slipped through the cracks.Take the little pink pills sublingually and they melt right away. Will order again and from the same company.

I love the way the tablet melts quickly under the tongue and barely has an intrusive taste. Buuuuuut, I am annoyed that it has milk in it. I should have read the ingredients more carefully. I will NOT buy this product again because I don't understand the rationale behind the milk ingredient.

It cost a fortune, Why cost so much?

Small tablets that are easy to swallow and see. These help give me energy to get through my day. I refuse to drink caffeine of any kind, I would much rather take something that gives me natural energy and works with my body.
