I bought 2 of this, one for my pc chair another one for the couch, it’s firm and pretty comfortable, and warm! I m so happy with it, it’s also warm and it doesn’t lose the shape even after hours and hours of Netflix marathonsThe one for the pc chair is suitable for petit ppl, if u are a big person u might need to take part of the filling outEDIT :Mine broke while washing it, it can’t be washed or it will lose the shape or break, even in delicate cycle

I found after using a few times it was just like other cushions it goes flat

Very cushion good lumbar support, only think that could be improved is if the cover was removable for washing.
