It works
Great for hydration and electrolyte recovery after working out , running etc. Nice light taste , mixes easily.

These were a lifesaver when I was in India, where the average daily temperature was 92 degrees. I used half a packet in my water bottle, which was perfect. The flavors are palatable.

Very Salty
Be sure to dilute to at least the recommended 16oz. I'm going to 22-24oz and it's still salty....

Great stuff, we use it with our Student Athletes, at half times to help restore energy levels for the rest of game, small ants during game to keep recovery / cramping down

Just a little expensive but they WORK!
aMy wife and I used these in India during the 2022 heat wave and they were the only things keeping us alive as travelers sickness and sweating buckets led to extreme dehydration.

Low sugar and completely dissolves
Awesome product! Tastes great and love that it has less sugar than most other tacticals. Dissolves quickly and completely.

Delicious!
Been really hot and humid where I work. Everyday I got home dehydrated and worn down. These packs have really been helping me stay hydrated and I feel much better at the end of the day.
