Really works instantly
Circumstances led to my Cadillac CTS having to sit under a tree for over 3+ months without moving. When I finally got to it, the entire interior looked like a science project; covered from dashboard to seats to doors to headliner with crazy mold. Tried white vinegar and water first because I had it on hand but took too much effort with minimal results. Saw this stuff on Amazon and ordered it. Used this product and immediately saw the best outcome. Took almost no time or elbow grease. Definitely worth the cost and effort.

Does seem to kill the mold
It's a common misconception that bleach will kill mold. I believed it for a long time too. But it really only kills the surface mold and removes the stain, it doesn't kill the root or spore. That means that once there if you are treating with bleach it will just keep coming back often faster and it will spread more quickly. Our house has some serious moisture problems. We always have condensation on our windows, we live in the north where winters naturally can easily cause condensation issues due to the difference between internal & external temperatures, our house is older and the wood isn't in great shape, the bath and kitchen fans are not great, etc... so we have been dealing with mold along our windows and in our bathroom for years. At first I bleached it only every couple months, then it was every month, then it had to be every week. The mold was coming back faster and faster and was spreading despite my bleaching. When I looked into it I found that the only way to really kill it is to use a fungicide (some other reviews note that in the smell but don't seem aware that it is a fungicide and that's what makes it work). After using this I can honestly say that 1 month later I'm not seeing the mold spread or really come back. I'm hopeful it will stay gone and I feel like this product actually killed the mold. Now, the issue a lot of people seem to be having is that they still see the mold and so they think it didn't work. On the contrary, the stain left behind by the mold is another issue. The mold is dead but to remove the stain you need to use another product. Moldex sells 2 other products that it recommends using with this one. The second contains bleach and is a mold/mildew stain remover. The third is a type of sealer that created a barrier between the cleaned area and moisture to keep mold away longer and protect it. I bought all three parts. Their stain remover didn't work all that well I would probably just use bleach instead. In fact I had to go in afterwards and use bleach to scrub off the stains that were not removed with their cleaner. However, their mold killer (this product) and their sealer seem to work great. I know my cleaning with bleach wasn't working it would have come back already. So I'm fully convinced the moldex killed the mold but you should know that this is considered 1 of 3 steps you should be taking to get rid of the mold not the only step.

It works
This worked very well to kill off black mold. It’s always unfortunate when you need something like this.

SADLY, EXPENSIVE AND NOT EFFECTIVE!!
Expensive for what little it DOES “To remove and “subdue” MOLD.‼️” Is not even a good cleaning agent. Comet cleaner is far better , less expensive,, just messy. If YOU DO ORDER , please asked to be shipped with like items. ….. not eatables !

Kills mold/pleasant smell
This stuff really works on the mold. It doesn’t have that strong smell that makes you feel sick on your stomach. It actually has a very pleasant smell.
