The product is completely useless; it worked for just a day, and on the second day, it stopped working. There is no way to repair it, all our money has gone down the drain. Never purchase it.

Perfect for my use at a reasonable rate. Works with precision. Very durable product. Requires corded electricity. Fit is very small.

​The primary motivation for purchasing this water level control system was its advertised automatic high-level alert capability. While the unit successfully monitored and reported the water level accurately, a significant and critical failure occurred when the reservoir reached the 100% capacity threshold. ​Specifically, the integrated buzzer failed to activate, resulting in no auditory alert despite the system clearly displaying a full reading. This malfunction defeats the core safety and convenience feature of the product, leading to potential overflow and significant disappointment regarding the device's reliability. A failure in the main signaling component renders the product unsuitable for unattended operation. Immediate investigation and rectification of this quality control issue are required.

I am using this bell from last 3 years, its bit expensive but worth it. Shows water level as well and easy to assemble.

Good Product. You need to buy extended cable, with 5 inputs(available on amazon) . Your local electrician can install it or you can do it yourself if you know basic electric wiring. Only drawback is after the alarm turns ON when tank is full, you need to turn it OFF and then reset it to original position when water level dips from full level. If you forgot to reset the alarm, then it wont sound even if tank is full. So use it accordingly. Remember, its not full automatic. But works as expected, no complaints on that
