Its been 2 weeks i am using this product regularily for my MS Teams meetings and i must tell you all that its performing superb. NO ISSUES FOUND YET. Working perfectly. The Most highlighting thing about this headset is its Noise Cancelling Microphone ,5 stars for that it cancells most of the noise in the surroundings. Sound Quality : you can use it for listening music, quality is not that bad, it sounds decent, you will not feel as cheap sound its actually good. clarity is decent, bass is also decent ... in terms of Music listening experience overall its 3.5 stars out of 5, YOU ALSO USE THIS WITH PHONE ALSO BUT YOU WILL NEED A TYPE-C MALE TO USB-A FEMALE TO CONNECT . AND it works with the phone also both sound and Microphone (and i have noticed that using with the phone it gives a bit better sound output) It also has a controller module to control the volume and mic mute/unmute button which is very handy and also works with the MS Teams In my experience i am able to use it for 1.5 hours continuously no major discomfort i was able to bear it, after 1.5 hours i use to unwear it for 1-2 min and again put it back and i was good to go Its a Highly Recommended Product for those who are looking for a headset for meetings and calls , and for some music on the go. GO FOR IT BLINDLY !!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET

I've only tested this headset out for a little bit for now, so consider this early impressions. Nonetheless, there's enough to share that could be useful for potential buyers. The sound quality is very good! I haven't used this in an actual video call, just recorded and played back samples using Voice Recorder built into Windows 10, and the results were good. Worked flawlessly on my laptop's USB-A port: just plugged it in and 5-7 seconds later got the popup message,"Sennheiser PC 8.2 is ready to use" (or words to that effect). Tried using this with my OnePlus 7T Android smartphone as well. Since the 7T has a USB-C port, I used the AmazonBasics USB-A to USB-C (OTG) adapter , and the headset worked without any problem. The only two minor issues I've noticed so far are: 1. The volume level of the speaker part of the headset is not high enough. I'd like them to be a little more sensitive and produce more volume. Since this headset directly connects to a USB port, power supply isn't the problem. 2. The background noise rejection of the boom mic is good, but not as good as that of a proper dynamic mic. OTHER DATA The highest quality setting of this USB headset is 16-bit, 48KHz (see attached photo). Set the level of this headet's mic to 0.0dB (Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Recording tab > double-click on Sennheiser PC 8.2 USB). See the attached photo. It had been set to -6.0dB when I first opened up the settings (see photo).

I was initially very excited to purchase these Sennheiser headphones. Known for their exceptional sound quality, I expected nothing but the best. The headphones were indeed great out of the box. The sound was clear, with deep bass, and they were very comfortable to wear for extended periods. They seemed perfect – until they stopped working just two months after purchase. Pros: Sound Quality: Exceptional. Clear, balanced audio with impressive bass. Comfort: Lightweight and comfortable design that makes long listening sessions enjoyable. Noise Isolation: Effective at reducing background noise, enhancing the listening experience. Cons: Durability: Completely unacceptable. After only two months of careful use, they stopped working without any warning signs. Build Quality: For the price, I expected better durability. It’s disappointing that a brand like Sennheiser would have such issues. Final Thoughts: It’s frustrating to invest in a premium brand only for the product to fail so quickly. I reached out to Amazon for support, and while they were helpful, the experience has soured my perception of Sennheiser. If you’re considering these headphones, be cautious about the longevity issues – while the sound is fantastic, it’s disappointing that they don't last. Would not recommend unless Sennheiser improves their quality control.

I purchased these headphones for my office work, and I am not disappointed. The earpads are big and therefore very comfortable (unlike those "gaming" headsets which either cover your entire ear and makes your ears go hot, or those on-ear headsets that press so hard against your ears that they hurt by the end of the day). The microphone stick extends both ways, and the earpads fold down completely as well. Quality is FANTASTIC - very high quality indeed. The volume control and mute/unmute buttons are soft and you can tell the quality once you use them - just brilliant. For someone like me who uses headsets for over 4 hours a day, these are great. The volume is not very high like other reviewers have pointed out, and for me that's probably good - I wouldn't want to have super loud sound in my ears for 4+ hours a day. Microphone quality is really good for me - I tried the recording using Mac/Windows and the sound quality for me is crisp, sharp and captures my voice well. If you are looking for solid quality headsets for work meetings, I would definitely recommend. For music, I am sure there are better alternatives.

I have been using this for over a year now. I got it mainly for office calls. Good headset. Reliable. But not build to last. Likes: 1. Doesn't feel heavy on ears. After 2-3 hours of continuous calls, ear pain is manageable. 2. Passive noise cancellation is good. 3. Call quality is good. With mic, we sound more crispier than Bluetooth headphones which sound like we are talking out of a bamboo. 4. We have mike controls on headphone wire. Initially used it for the sake of it. Since you're in call and working on laptop, 90% of the time we click mute button on teams. Dislikes: 1. Doesn't sound loud at all. Even if I keep 100% volume, it doesn't get loud. So annoying. 2. Quite big to carry in laptop bag. 3. After a year of usage, wire started tearing up at the USB-A end.

I have been using this daily 8 hours for the last 2 months for Conference calls, video calls, etc. This is one of the best usb headphones I have used considering that the price is 2960Rs. The mic is really good with very good noise cancellation (It's really good). No connectivity issues or any other issues. Sennheiser never disappoints when it comes to audio. I have other high end audiophile Sennheiser headphones and each one is perfect. You can even use this headphones for casual music in between your calls or even movies and stuff, the bass is really good for this price.

Pros: - Noise cancelling microphone, other side listeners won't get any background noise, which makes this headphone ideal for meeting/work purposes. - Other products with noise cancellation feature are too high in price range - Good build quality - Mute button in headphone works in sync with MS Teams mute feature, you can directly mute/unmute yourself from the headphone itself Cons - - Volume sometimes feels on the lower side but as mentioned above, levels are quite good for meeting and call related purposes - Only decent sound quality for music/movie purposes, better to use another one if your looking for these purposes
