LOVE this hackamore! Started my 2 year old in it this year to get some light riding in. Has the perfect bite to where it gets their attention but yet is still soft enough. Quality is there for sure! I thought the value for money was worth it. Works as it’s meant to. It looks sharp as well! Definitely will use this again when she is a finished 5 year old. Will be around for many years. It fit her head well too, she is on the smaller side for her head and it still fit her well. With it conditioned properly I see this being a staple training tool for many years to come.

It fits so well. My horse is so responsive with this. Love it!!

Used this bridle for the first time today and really liked it. The reins are nice and long, I can easily use them for ground work prior to mounting up, and I like the feel of them in my hands when I'm riding. My horse responded well to the new feel. However, the review comes with a caveat. My horse is a Morgan type standardbred with a delicate, cob sized head, and this bridle just fits him on the longest hole (see photo). This bridle definitely would not fit my other two larger standardbreds.

This is a nice hackamore but it is seriously small. It is tight on my 14.1 hh QH mare. I’m going to make a new fiador for it as it is too short to do up. It would be good for a pony or Arab. Other than the size I do like it however.

The hanger (headstall, bridle, whatever you like to call it) runs small. I have a QH mare with a fine, babydoll head and the hanger does not fit her. Kept the hackmore/bosal and used her original headstall. It’s soft and she’s easy and responsive in it.
