Reduces the speed of your Internet by 90%
I don't understand how the speed of the Internet after using this became 2mbps from 25mbps. After I switched it off speed became normal. I don't know whether the product is faulty or the product itself is like this. But still I don't see myself buying it again

Waste of money
It just gets disconnected frequently when placed just one room adjacent to the powerful ASUS dual band router. Don’t think it will across floors or anything like that. Useless.. don’t waste ur money. The broadband provider had come home to check and he confirmed that this piece of equipment is a toy and he has received numerous complaints from customers about this getting disconnected.

Works well. Sets up easily.
This one was super easy to set up. Does the job well for my two-storey home, where the upstairs signal was too weak to do anything useful with. We keep it turned off and start it only when we go upstairs. It gets ready to serve in under a minute. You just have to know where to place the range extender. It should get reasonable signal itself first. A good solution is to plug it into a socket somewhere in the middle between the base router and the poor coverage area.I've had a D-link extender before this one, which was a nightmare to set up. It was complicated and I had to do a bunch of manual settings in order to get the desired result. It was even having an IP address conflict with the base router. What kind of poor design is that? I have a master's degree in computer science. I can't imagine what non-computer-sciency people would do.I'm pretty happy with this device. Giving it four stars, because I don't know how the range compares to others in the market.

worst product and customer service. Complete fraud.
I'm writing a review after 6 months of harassment by TP Link. This product is a complete waste of money. Reduces your speed by 1/10 th, range is lower than 1500 rupees product. Warranty of 2 years is useless. Service is the worst in the world. After calling tp link for 3 months during lockdown, writing atleast 10 mails to them, and then sending it 3 times to their service centre, the response is nill. Even during first 3 months they refused to change or refund for a product which doesn't work. Infact so much so offered me to take a refurbished used product. On complaining they prefer to keep quite. Time to raise my voice and protect others from getting fooled. Pls don't by tp link products

Avoid if you want to extend for multi-story home...
I was completely blinded by the reviews and the product TP-Link as a brand. I do own a TPLink router but this extender failed miserably. I previously owned a Netgear and it worked like charm for 3 years and due to voltage fluctuation, it stopped working which forced me to buy a new one.Coming back to the TP-Link "RE 200 Wifi N 300Mbps Dual Band AC750 Range Extender" it did not serve my purpose. I wanted to extend my WIFI, currently, the router is stored in the 1st floor and I thought to place this right below the room (where my previous one was installed) and it failed to connect to my parent WIFI. It only works when the extender is placed on the same floor.Going with the specification the extender was placed just within 15 ft and it failed to connect. I would strongly urge do not buy this if you live in a multi story house, a big apartment could serve the purpose.P.S - My previous NetGear worked without issue, so it seems I need to look for the same brand now.

Tplink N300-performance is not recommended
Tplink n300 performance extender is waste of money.Pros:-1. Easy to install.Cons:-1. Wifi speed drops significantly. I use my main router on a second floor and i have 50Mbps plan. Even the weakest signal from my main router gives a speed of around 15-18mbps on first floor of my home. When I connect to this device, I only get a speed of 1.5 - 2 mbps at same spot.(extender was also installed at the same spot).2. It also drops your wifi connection frequently. Even if only 1-2 devices are connected. I have experienced even in 1meter range of this device.Overall: product is not worth it.

Worthy for rs 1499
If you are really looking for a WiFi connectivity and speed extendar, this is the one to Buy in the price range of Rs 1500.It is amazing, am impressed by the download and upload speed it is able to replicate from the base router. Its been 3 months of use now and it seems seamless.Make sure you buy the style AC 750 and not AC 300 as it has almost the same design but depending on your intenet speed you could make the choice. I have a 40 Mbps connection and the speed in this wifi extender is exactly 40 Mbps download and upload, even my base router doesn't produce such a speed(it is a old model of Tp link, around 3 - 4 years, but it has mentioned 300 mbps but still fails, maybe given the new 2.4 and 5ghz speed transmission techonlogy which this extender supports)

SCS (Smart Selection of Best Wireless Channel).

FINALLY! WIFI everywhere!
This is by far the best WIFI extender I have ever used. I have a multi level house and wifi is challenging. Full signal in some parts of the house and in others,..there is none. I have tried MANY MANY wifi units similar to this. I'm very tech savvy and pride myself in figuring stuff out with out directions. However, that is very different with some wifi extenders. They are complicated to set up and do not work good at all. I had good luck with the TP-Link light sockets with the echo and setup was a breeze. So I decided to take one more shot at yet another wifi extender. Choosing the TP-Link in hopes it would work just as good. I really don't understand these other reviews that state how hard it is to set up. This wifi extender is truly easy to set up. This is what i did,....Quick instructions right on the side of the box. Plug in the TP-Link, close to your router, the green light flashes, press the WPS button on your router, then press the signal button on the extender. The green light flashes, goes solid green, goes solid red then after 5-10 seconds the light stays solid green. The unit is now paired with your router. Now, Unplug the extender, walk to a midway point in your house close to the dead spot and plug it back in. It will blink green again, then solid green, then solid red, 5-10 seconds it turns solid green. Open any device you want to use for wifi, go to wifi settings and find your wifi name. Except the word _EXT will be after the device name. So if your normal wifi is GOOBER616 for example. It would now show as GOOBER616_EXT, Choose the Ext one and enter your normal password for wifi, and BOOM, FULL wifi signal. I now have wifi in every room in the house. If you plug the unit in and the light stays on solid yellow? Then move it to another socket closer to the router. Hope this helps anyone who has or has had a problem.

Wenns dann endlich klappt, alles super
Also was für eins?
