A 'hair analysis' is the best way to determine whether one is high, low, or balanced in these metals.Copper has gotten a bad wrap in recent years, although it is an essential metal to health, but needs to be in the correct amount and balanced with zinc and other metals.

Reasonably priced copper supplement that can be broken to reduce dosage
Seems to be reasonably well absorbed but the amount may be a little much for those sensitive to copper. I break them into quarters to make them about 0.5 mg each depending on how much I think I need
