PILOT Acroball Pro Advanced Ink Refillable & Retractable Ball Point Pens, Medium Point, Black Ink, 12-Pack (31910)

I have tried many different click ink pens, makes and specs, because my job requires constant use of blue ink in a production packaging environment. I eventually found the accroball; it was best but not perfect. Then I came to amazon and found that Pilot made a professional model! I bit the bullet and bought a box and oh man, this was a great choice.These pens:-Write well. Smooth, heavy, and bright.-Ink, not gel, for record permanence requirements.-Metal tip so they don't fracture when dropped or pinned.-Metal clip so they stick to my lanyard and don't get lost.-Have a good, cushioned shaft that is comfortable to write without cramping.Those were my criteria and this pen hits them all.I gave a bunch out to coworkers and they love them too. I'm currently using my second pen now as I did get some dust or dirt stuck in the ball writing on old cardboard, but I'd already used it for months. I used to go through pens weekly or even daily before.Great product, 10/10, worth the price if you need a pen that is as tough as your job.

I’m a bit of a pen nerd. I’m always looking at them when I pass them in a store & I usually end up having to talk myself out of buying some. I like a good pen that writes smoothly & without ink that smears. So when I read about these pens after I heard someone suggest them I decided to order them & try them out. I got the box of 12 because of the great value. As soon as they arrived I got one out immediately for a test spin. The pen is sleek, looks nice, has a good clip & clicking mechanism. The pen feels great in my hand & writes very smoothly with out applying any pressure. The ink is smooth, leaves no big gobs of ink spots on the paper. The ink drys quick & doesn’t smear.Great pen, very impressed & will be buying them again when my 12 are used up.

These are perfect for a left handed writer - never lose ink volume and never fail. Had these at my last job and bought them here in blue and black. No smearing. Definitely worth the price

I like this type of pen because it's not gel that can smear when you write with it. I also like the grip and that it's a "clicker". Plus refillable ! I have them in blue already and thought I would try the black now.

love these I use them at work and they last a long time and anyone who borrows my pen compliments it.

Writes nicely other than occasionally letting out a big glob of ink which drives me absolutely crazy. Fix that problem and the pen would be perfect!

These pens have the best writing quality of any ball point pen I have ever used, full stop. No blobbing, no skipping, no smearing. Just writes and writes and writes until it's out of ink, then stops. I am only sad they discontinued the red ones -- I'm a teacher and I go through the red ink. As far as I know they only make the 12-packs in black and blue, but would like to see other colors as well.

Bright ink so it produces very clear handwriting.Do not buy this if you don't like overly smooth pen.The pen is comfortable to hold but the top of the pen (for you to push the barrel out) is a bit too stiff and narrow.I only rate according to my opinion of the product because I am like you - I appreciate honest reviews.
