I put together this bedframe last night and it took about 45 min - hour. Not bad. What im LIVID about is that I ordered the queen frame & there are "queen" stickers all over the frame indicating it is for a queen sized bed, but my queen box spring does not fit. The frame is not wide enough. Do you know how much energy I put into putting that stupid frame together at almost 30 weeks pregnant? And in order to get a refund its expected to take it apart and ship it back? Ridiculous. I do not recommend and I'm really curious to know how all these people with good reviews got their bed to fit.

So we spent months researching for the perfect mattress, waited patiently for the best price on the mattresses we wanted to try, spent hours at multiple stores laying on different mattresses praying we didn't pick up some disease along the way until finally... We pulled the trigger and bought a mattress!The next day it is delivered and we are ecstatic, ready to get a good night's sleep in our newly punched bed. We hop in and are sorely disappointed to find that we are still sloping in on top of one another in the middle of the bed. What gives? We got a new box spring to go with our new mattress. We should be sleeping like babies on a cloud ☁. Wrong. Our frame was warped from being passed down through multiple family members so the cross bars are kinda bowed in the middle.So begins the hunt for a frame to take our new mattress from disappointing to heavenly. After a little research I settled on the frame I am reviewing here. I liked the price and for the most part it got great reviews. It is important to note I wanted a quiet frame for... Adult activities 😉.This frame exceeded my expectations. It only took 30 min start to finish to set up. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I am a visual learner so the pictures were quite helpful. Initially I was a little leary due to how light the pieces were but I'm pleased with how strong it is. It comes compactly folded which will be great for our next move. There are 3 main parts plus easy to use screws washers and an Alan wrench. The best part is how supportive the frame is. The bed was totally level (yes I checked with a level), after it was assembled and the box spring and mattress were put on. No more sloping or hole in the middle! My husband and I can sleep comfortably apart or together without feeling like we're sleeping on a cliff.Last note, it is definitely quiet ;). Even with the headboard attached.

I have no idea why I did not see this feedback in reviews. The Zenus bedframe was NOT compatible with two different headboards from two common retailers: Wayfair and Target. I am giving 2 stars because I am pleased with the quality if it could have been secured to my headboards.The slots in the brackets of the Zenus bed frame do not allow the bolts for the Wayfair nor Target headboards to pass through. As a result you cannot screw the bedframe into the headboard. The slots in the Zenus bracket are too narrow for the gauge of the bolts that come with either headboard (see photos). I was shocked this universal/standard size. I have smaller gauge bolts around the house that will pass through the slots of Zenus bracket fine, however that is useless because a skinnier bolt won't screw into the predrilled holes in the headboard (obviously if the bolts are too skinny it just spins inside the headboard holes). So bottom line, this bedframe is not universally compatible. I have no idea why I did not see this in any reviews before purchasing. On the positive, it was very easy to put together and came with a nifty ratchet (photo). Overall disappointing product.Update: I secured the headboards to the studs (which I planned to do anyways). Then to attach the bedframe I used washers and drywall screws. I drilled new pilot holes in the bedframe. Slipped the washer on my screw (so it wouldn’t stop through the Zenus bracket) and drilled the screws into my headboard legs. It worked out fine but definitely shouldn’t have needed to do that.

This is a very excellent metal frame and better looking than the cheap roller ones that your feet bump in to. It’s packed well and appears sturdy. One star from perfect, we bought this for its custom appearance, and we wish to attach a wooden head board to one side. This frame has 3 horizontal openings (like slots) where you can adjust and fit to your headboard. The slots are too thin for our bolts- so big deal you say, get new bolts or drill out the opening. We like the thicker bolts for stability, so we will opt to drill out the steel. I just wish those slotted openings were bigger to accommodate a good sized bolt.Otherwise the screws go in to the base very smooth and all parts and pieces align nicely. There are little pads which you can stick on the rail tops for better gripping to mattress.The frame legs are a good thickness and more up to date than those ancient looking castor wheel frames most mattress chain stores sell you for $59. With Prime speedy delivery, get this frame!

My dad was a nomad, and I too travel the world over a long military career, so I have handled and seen a fair number of bed frames in my time as I packed and unpacked all over the planet. Ninety-nine percent of bed frames are absolutely generic and run of the mill. This bed frame is the exception. I have never seen one so intuitive and logical to assemble, given its plethora of features. It folds out easily, locks into place and is extremely sturdy. I'm kind of nitpicky about these things so when I tell you that this is an excellent product, I mean it. The price of this bed frame is no different really than any other bed frame, but it is the quality that is the difference. Buy it and you will like it.

On time....was sceptical when it arrived the box seemed so small...decided to try and assemble it on my own! (worse case it would wait until my husband got home) much to my delight I had it together in no time and on my own! Easy to follow directions and VERY sturdy....have recommended to others already 😊

I HAVE bought this again, and will probably buy again and again.Sturdy, easy to assemble, and perfect height.I previously went to a local furniture shop and bought a metal frame, like this, but it had wheels and would move every time I got out of bed. The metal piece where the headboard can attach would damage my walls as well. BUT this bed frame stays in place and it super sturdy and I LOVE IT!It’s at the perfect height and the dark paint really just blends in with my box spring. The metal part where I can attach a headboard doesn’t stick out either, which is so wonderful.I bought this one to test out before I purchased another for my other room, and then about a week in to testing it out I bought another.It’s cheap, but excellent quality.The instructions weren’t very good, so I YouTubed how to assemble, which was okay.First time it shipped really fast and the second time it was late and they put it in my recycling bin, but it wasn’t a horribly long wait.

I really liked the super fast arrival. I got my package 4 days after I ordered it. It took me approximately an hour to assemble the frame. The product arrived in a neat little box that was packaged with unique thank you cards. I love how versatile this bed frame is. It fitted my queen size bed just right and gives my box spring more support.The thing that I really disliked and was surprised by is that my package was left in front of my apartment door. Anyone could have walked by and picked it up and I would never know. Luckily I came home from work and saw it just in time or else I would be wondering where the product went. Other than that I am happy with my bed frame.

I bought this for just under 60$ CAD, I see now this is listed for just over 80$. I'm not sure if I would recommend this product at 80$, as that price is fairly close to the price at local stores where I live, but the ones at local stores would be sturdier and better sized. (The full length of a queen bed, which this one is not, just the width).Came in a surprisingly small box, so initially I was worried, but it was super easy to get it home from the post office. I started putting it together, they included all the tools, even a fancy little socket wrench, which was so much nicer to use then the allen key. It went together SUPER EASY. It's sturdier than I thought it would be. Over all I'm just thrilled I decided to try this out. I definitely recommend this one if you're looking.
