Fitbit Official Chargers & Clips is a first-class charger for my very much used Fitbit Sense and when I compare it to other chargers, I have purchased for it, I would call this one I can depend on. The magnet holds the Fitbit Sense securely and delivers a good strong charge. The last two chargers I purchased were compatible chargers and they would regularly break free from my Smart Fitness watch no matter how many times or in what position I placed the charger and watch. With this charger, the magnet which holds the watch to the actual charger holds strong, when I am removing the watch from the charger it does take a good pull to part the charger from the watch. The charger is delivered in Fitbit packaging, and it is certified as one which comes from Fitbit themselves which gives me a guarantee that I know I will have a charger I can depend on. A great product which I am happy to recommend.

I needed two more of these so I'd have them available in all locations where I might need to recharge - so of course I was tempted by a cheap knock-off rather than the official Fitbit (rip-off price) version. But I'm afraid it was not worth it - I sent them back (you can read my review on them, but essentially the heads of the contact pins are a different shape from the "official" version so they don't always contact correctly so your watch is not charged when you want to go for a run). I returned them and ordered two of these real ones. They do indeed work seamlessly. I still think the price is excessive! Interesting that most review forms on here ask for opinion on "value for money" but this products's review form does not. . . I wonder why! Nevertheless, they do work!

After buying a 'used but as new' one for my versa 3 which had stopped charging, I had to send that back because it had obviously been replaced by someone's VERY faulty one! The pins on it were worse than the one i was replacing!!! and it was pretty mucky, yuck! The box wasnt jist opened it was battered! Ah well I tried! First time thats happened. However fairly quick refund (I guess they had to check) but not quite as quick as normal, and then I just opted for a brand new one which did the trick. Versa is happily charging again now!
