Best sleep aid!!
I take these before going to bed and they work amazing. They give me the best nights sleep, and can always remember my dreams when i wake up. The first week if taking that i struggled to get up in the mornings, but after a week this massively improved and now wake up with ease, on time and feel refreshed!

Instant results
This product increased my sleep pattern and I stay asleep when I take it. No drowsiness when I awake. And definitely improved my brain functions and mood. I have pcos and it’s incredible for symptoms of feeling “wired but tired” i take two before bed and I wouldn’t be without it now.

It works!
I took the full dose at first but found I could not sleep, so halved the dose and let it build up. Feel more energy and stamina now, and quite a few people have said how well I look. Very pleased with results and will continue to take.

No improvement in sleep
I did not notice an improvement in my sleep but as I have sleep apnea I may not be the best judge. I certainly slept no worse.

Nice Product and Really Affordable
I was so happy when I used this product. It is great value, particularly as it is KSM-66, which makes it a very high quality product. The capsules are easy to swallow and unlike some brands I can feel the difference with these.

Effective
Felt positive effects for about 3 weeks after 1000mg per day. These effects then stopped. This might be due to tolerance, perhaps 500mg per day would suffice and lessen any tolerance issues. Overall I'd recommend this

It's helpful and good
I started off taking one capsule for over a week and have now switched to the recommended dosage of 2. Some people need to start off with a lower dose and then work up to the fuller dose, I just did this to make sure everything was fine. It's helping and I have noticed some differences.
