Great LG remote! It connected fast and worked great ! Restoring our original that has been broken.

Works like a charm ! I didn’t have to program it at all . Just pressed the power button and it worked just like magic .i guess that’s why they call it the Magic Remote. Very pleasantly surprised

Works as well as the original unfortunately I believe the wheel will also break after a few years just a poor design

This is the third time I’ve purchased this remote. I would say that the remote is just average quality. It is easy to pair with a LG TV.

Quality and original product

Scrolly ball broke after less than 3 months and now you can't click it to select anything. Absolute garbage. LG does not stand behind their products either. I reached out to them directly before writing this review to give them a chance to make it right. They told me all they can do is advise me to buy a new one. I can't stand the magic remote and will never buy another LG product. We are not hard on our remote, we do not abuse or drop it. It broke through normal use

Pairing process was quite straightforward and didn't have any issues. Can assign shortcuts to numberpad and the 'mouse' cursor works well. Since it is working via Bluetooth, you don't need to point it to make it work ( except when using the cursor) Built quality is not bad either. Dropped it a quiet a few times and still working well.

This is an excellent replacement for the original. It works great and haven’t encountered any issues. As soon as I opened the package, put in batteries and it worked. No set up needed. I would recommend this.
