My wavy hair was looking kind of limp and lifeless so I decided to see if I needed a protein treatment. It wasn't a DRAMATIC difference so I guess I wasn't too protein depleted but it did improve my hair. It's fuller, shinier, and the curly waves have better definition and staying power. I also don't need a leave-in conditioner because my hair is so soft now. The product is watery as others stated but I didn't find the smell to be unpleasant. I put it in a water bottle for easier application. The conditioning treatment smells really nice and worked great! It's hard to tell in the pictures but I have a lot of spiral waves and they were even more defined after this treatment. Especially the under layers that normally don't curl as well. I'll continue using this every 4-6 weeks just to maintain balance. Really like this product!

I have very damaged, brittle hair from years of coloring and I've tried so many products. My hairdresser suggested this and I tried it. It really made a difference in my hair! The texture is softer, less frizzy and shiner. This is a two step process so be prepared to follow the directions; it matters. Im not sure how the first part reacts and treats the hair but it works and the second part is conditioner. Affordable and worth it to try it. Also, there is easily five or more applications in each bottle. Good buy.

This protein treatment was EXACTLY what my hair needed to bring back the balance of strength along with moisture into my hair! I had shine that I hadn’t seen in months and my hair is happy. My hair is afro textured with some curls. This will now be a staple when I need a protein boost to help my hair maintain its health! The instructions are easy to follow and although the product is runny in consistency, hang over the sink or in the shower while you do it and it will work out just fine. The outcome is so worth it!

Love this ! I have fine high porosity 4c hair and it definitely get the job done ! My hair feels healthier after each use but I recommend to not overdue it because of protein overload. Only thing is the product can get messy and sticky and the smell.

I read all the one star reviews before I purchased and I must say all of those are USER ERROR!! They lost hair or their curls lost pattern because they didn’t NEED the product! My curls recently fell because of heat damage, this product restored my curls because I NEEDED it!! Do not purchase if you don’t NEED the product, however if your hair needs the protein i definitely recommend this and it’s a cheap option!!

I'm a curly natural, but sometimes I wear my hair straight. I was dealing with some heat damage, breakage, and dryness, especially when I wore my hair straight. So far, I've used this treatment twice, and I've noticed my hair feels softer, looks shinier, and has less breakage. My curls looked more defined, and when I straightened my hair, it has a healthier shine. I also noticed fewer split ends. So far, I’m happy with the results and plan to keep using it. One thing to note: the treatment is very sticky. If you use a spray bottle to apply it, I recommend doing it in the shower so you do not end up with sticky residue all over your bathroom.

Followed the instructions but, unfortunately my hair now feels 'stripped' of any remaining moisture. Very disappointing as now have to try and find a way to repair even further damaged hair.
