Super comfortable (like pillows on your ears). Sounds fantastic. Switches automatically between phone and computer. Mic sounds great and the feature to swing it up to mute is very clever and useful. If you often video call on computer and talk on phone and listen to music then these are well worth the investment. Before these I spent all day tangled with a cord, sounding poorly to clients and feeling pinched at the ears.

Use mine daily for 8-9 hours. Sound quality is great and they feel really good. Highly recommended.

Unlike other reviews I've read, I've had no problems connecting with Bluetooth. Be wary though, you have to actually turn the headphone ON before you pair with them, and when you turn them off they disconnect. You don't have to pair with them a second time though when you turn them on next time. Didn't need to use the provided dongle, but I own lots of wireless keyboards and mice from logitech that use the unifying dongle and they all work fine.Sound quality is great, even for listening to music. Mic noise cancelling is really good. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last that long, not as long as quoted for some reason. I bought a Qi fast charger pad for $11 and I rest it on that whenever I'm not using it. That keeps it charged and I don't have to mess around with a charging cable. It has a special way of folding up to put on a charging pad which is nicely designed.They are comfortable for up to two hours; that's the max I've worn them. But be aware, all of these types of wireless headsets are heavier than normal headsets. it could be uncomfortable wearing them 8 hours a day in a call center - I just don't know.The last thing is the duel device pairing; I didn't need that so I've only tried to do it once but it didn't work for me. I've read that duel pairing on even the most expensive brands doesn't work though. Perhaps it's just one feature too far at the moment?

So disappointed! The noise canceling feature did not work I remember playing some music in the background and the person that I was on the phone with start saying the song I said can you hear that song they say apps they name the artist and continue singing So I press the active noise canceling button and they could still hear the song and get right on singing wow. So I went back and read the directions because I just knew I was doing something wrong because I have the wired version of this headset and they work perfect. But for some reason this has zero noise canceling When I read them manual it seems that it works the opposite way and it cancels out the noise of the caller and not me I return them because they cost too much not to do the job. I will say the workmanship is excellent high quality that headphones were beautiful and nicely made The best out there I just needed the noise canceling feature and that did not work

These headphones sound great. The noise cancellation is very good. I use them for web meetings, on my computer and also for phone calls, when I connect them to my cell phone. They are great for watching YouTube videos, as well. I like the way that moving the mic up and down will mute and unmute it, quickly and voice feedback will tell you when it's muted or unmuted (as you know, this is very important, for web meetings).

This is a great pair of headset. I's very comfortable to wear and call quite is excellent.. However, I maybe returning it. Only because the noise cancellation does not work!! Or should I say it doesn't work as well as other models that I have. When you work from home, that's an important feature to have. At first I thought it was my imagination that that feature was not functioning, but it is not. When I press the button, you can barely hear a difference. I have other Logitech headphones with the same feature so I know how much of a difference the ANC makes when the guy is mowing the lawn and you are on a call. With this headset, there isn't much of a difference. I may return it.

I'm using this headset with the USB dongle. I'd use Bluetooth, but I want to avoid the latency delay of Bluetooth, so my Zoom calls are more smooth. While I really like the feature set, the buttons, the sound quality, and the noise cancellation, there are two problems, one small, and one a deal breaker.1) The fit is a little tight for all day wear. This is no big deal to me, so that's that.2) The speakers and mic both cut out signal. This is a serious problem, so let's talk about it:Usually, these work when I first turn them on, but some time later, the signal will begin to drop. If I'm listening to audio from the PC, it'll break up and I'll miss parts. If I'm in a zoom call, the other side will tell me "you're breaking up". I've tried it on 3 PCs in 3 different offices, and the problem shows up each time.I have found that when the signal is cutting, if I put the headset 6 inches from the dongle, it gets better, but 20 inches it breaks up again - that's weird because when they're working, I can go almost 20 feet away, so it's an intermittent problem.Anyway, this problem is serious, and ruins my zoom presentations, so I can't use this headset.

Sound is great, noise canceling is great, and eliminates background noise! Great product!!
