NOT sure about this item
I have been taking these for about a month and I see little results. But Rome wasn't built in a day. I feel with out a balance diet and exercise these pills won't work like All the pills out there don't work. M. girl friend swears by them Sorry for the questionable remarks just haven' t taken them long enough to really give you a good answer.

Requires Further Research For Efficacy
The jury is still out on this product.Did some research and what I found sounded "good", so I had to try it for myself to see if I could lose a few pounds while training for a 500 mile backpacking trip this Fall.Will continue my evaluation and update this review when I see more results.Way to go Amazing-zon !!!`

DISAPPOINTED!!
I HAVE BEEN TAKING SINCE MARCH 28, 2014 BECAUSE I WATCHED ON POPULAR TV SHOW THAT IT WOULD HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS. THEY CLAIMED IF YOU EXERCISED YOU WOULD LOSE MORE WEIGHT. I HAVE SIZE DOWN MY MEAL PORTIONS AND CALORIES SUBSTANTIALLY. I ALSO HAVE BEEN WALKING MY DOGS FIVE TIMES A WEEK (30 -45 MINUTES), PLUS I DO POP PHYSIQUE ALTERNATING THE THREE VIDEOS FIVE TIMES A WEEK AND ALSO I DO THE BRAZILIAN BUTT EXERCISE SERIES FIVE TIMES A WEEK AND I REST THE WEEKENDS. I HAVE NOT LOST BUT ONE POUND AND NOT A POUND MORE. I HAVE NOT LOST ANY INCHES. GLAD IT HAS WORKED FOR OTHERS, BUT FOR ME IT HAS NOT. THE PRODUCT DID ARRIVE ON TIME.

Not Hungry!
I have found that I can only eat about 1/2 to 3/4 of what I normally would eat. Once I start feeling full I am satisfied. I lost 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks but that couldve been due to high stress as well. I have been on them a month and have not lost anymore. However, I feel thinner and feel like I have lost around my midsection because my pants are all looser. Ive been taking one before lunch and two before dinner. If I take them a good 45 mins before eating then it really helps to fill me up.

Yes, it is a scam...
I was excited to get my Garcinia Cambogia extract extreme XXL and couldn't wait to start taking it.Looking back I don't why I let myself get caught up in the hype of loose "belly fat" fast. What a joke.I have been taking it for a few weeks and the scale has not budged even though I have taken itexactly as directed and even lowered by daily food intake. This product does not make you looseweight. I should have gotten the one month trail instead of the big bottle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

AMAZING!!!!
