This item melted from the heat of the dryer and bristles flattened. Will not purchase again!

I have been using this tool for years. I have long thick wavy hair that I only wash about once a week. I straighten my hair and this works great for touching up and giving my hair a refreshing look on 2nd or 3rd days later.

Hot Tools has been my go to brand for the last several years. I have thick wavy hair that is prone to frizz and no other hot air brush has come closer to giving me smooth straight hair like this brand. That said, when my old one burned out a year ago and I repurchased it I was surprised when the bristles on the brush broke down after only a few months which never happened in 3 years on my previous one. So I ordered a replacement for the brush part thinking it might have been something I did. This new one I ordered-3 days and I saw the same broken bristles. I stored it upright and never laid it down when using it but the bristles just bent and made the brush useless. Sad that the poor quality has ruined this brand.

Replacement for my style blow-dryer brush fit perfectly. No complaints and working as it should....Clicked right in.

This is my second time buying this product and I am kind of disappointed because at the first used some of the brittles gets damaged. The first time I thought it was because I didn’t ur it inside the cabinet while it was hot but for my surprise it wasn’t that. But I like it because it really does my hair quick!!!

I purchased this replacement head and within two weeks the bristles began to wilt, so to say. Which is unfortunate considering the cost of the replacement. I’ve got thick hair and need these bristles to do their job and not lay down. You might have better luck. Other then the bristle issue, it preformed as expected.

Purchased this replacement piece for Hot Tools hair dryer. In less than a week, the bristles on the sides had melted. The same thing had happened with the original brush, but thought I would give the replacement a try just in case it had been a fluke (since I liked how the hairdryer performed). The hairdryer is pretty good - fairly easy to use, and definitely gets your hair straight. However, it gets VERY hot, with limited settings to adjust heat. There is no other place to put your other hand to assist with styling, so anywhere you touch, your fingers get burned! Don't waste your time/money. Look for a hairdryer that has multiple settings and a better quality brush.
