Needed a spring form pan...well, I didn't know I needed one till now. Found this beauty and the size and price were a perfect fit. Baked a wonderful red velvet swirl cheesecake with Oreo crust for Thanksgiving. 1st time I've had the pleasure of actually making Thanksgiving dinner. This desert went off with a BANG! Spring form held the filling in great. Baked on a cookie sheet per directions to catch butter drippings. Spring was easy to latch and unlatch. Cheesecake came out easy with NO sticking and no buttering the pan or parchment paper lining. The pan came with a lovely hand written not from the maker, see attached photos. Highly recommend if you need or even want a spring form pan....which most recipes I've found call for this size! Can't wait to use it again on my next baking experiment. So far cleaning was a breeze and only time will tell for longevity, but seems well made and durable.

Made banana bread today, came out great. Pan fit perfect in the insta pot. So happy with this purchase!

Waited to write my review untill I used the product. I love it.Made a Key Lime Cheesecake Cake in my Instant Pot. First time I did so. Turned out great.The pan came well packaged and in great shape.Fits perfectly in the pot.Perfect size for my recipe.Thank you.

Easy to use for your baking needs

So I was surprised to receive a hand written note from the seller! That was a great thing you don’t see now a days. I seen videos of people putting water in the cake pan and yes it leaked with water but when I baked a cake there was no leaking! It baked amazingly and did not stick at all! My only complaint was the quick release handle broke I’m wondering if it was user error so I’m getting another one sent to me and I will update this then. But over all it baked beautifully!

Years ago I had a springform cake pan that I used often to make NY style cheesecake for my Dad. It was one of my Mom's favorite baking pans. She used to call it "old reliable" because it never met a cake batter that it couldn't handle beautifully. As a young cook, I really appreciated the ease with which I could easily extract my finished "masterpieces" intact, in one piece, and ready for serving.I was so delighted a few weeks ago to see this modern update on an old favorite as I looked about for a baking pan to fit my Ninja air fryer. As soon as it arrived, I quickly unboxed it. I was excited to get baking.It looked much less sturdy than my Mom's "old reliable" but hers had been a full size pan and mine was more of a mini.Following suggestions that came with my purchase I hand washed the pan with warm soapy water, rinsed and then held it upward to prove its claim of leak proof. Oh NO! The pan leaked like a tin roof in a downpour.Thinking perhaps the clip that holds the pan together had shaken loose during shipping, I unclipped the clip and clicked it tight again. It still leaked just as badly as before.On close inspection the whole clip mechanism seemed flimsy and likely to break with a mild amount of use. No matter what I tried I could not get the pan base to hold tightly against the side wall -- it rattled when shaken. My dinner dreams of fresh banana bread for dessert were quickly replaced with nightmares of batter leaking all over the kitchen. With great disappointment I sent this bake pan back to Amazon.Now, it could be that i received the one pan in a hundred that failed the rigors of the manufacturers standards and slipped by a very sleepy inspector. Or, perhaps this spring form design just doesn't work in the mini version that I purchased. It wasn't very expensive and returns at Amazon are easy and efficient. If you are looking for a mini springform cake pan, you may get a pan that perfectly fits your needs. This one I purchased is a definite "do not recommend" from me.

I find this pan to be well made, easy to use, easy to clean and it was fairly priced. It was delived as promised without any problems. I am very satisfied and am confident to recommend this pan to others.

It really is nonstick, I didn't need to use cooking spray.

I used this to make a steamed yogurt and cream of wheat cake (dhokro or dhokla)It turned out amazing in the instant pot. It was easy to remove and made the perfect portion and size. Worth every penny!

A really nice 7 inch springform pan. Very non stick and easy to clean. Clasp seems very strong. No leaking. Very impressed. Hard to find 7 inch pans so happy to get this one. Highly recommended. Yes fits in the Ninja to.
